P	Pavel Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes 2 urgence, 20 min. čekání než jsme si mohli objednat. Hodinové čekání na jídlo (odporná pizza Praděd, obložená cibulí a kukuřicí). Zmatená obsluha (2 x nám předkládali neobjednaná jídla). Jindy možná lepší, ale v sezóně v době oběda - děs. Over 2 requests, 20 min. waiting before we could order. One hour waiting for food (nasty Praděd pizza, garnished with onion and corn). Confused service (2 times they presented us with non-ordered meals). At other times maybe better, but in the season at lunch time - dread.
b	boruvka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoje jsou přijatelné ale obsluha v restauraci je hrozná, je nepříjemná a neochotná.Když jim dojde neperlivá voda dají ti perlivou a řeknou ať s tím zatřepeš a bude z toho neperlivá a vůbec se vás neptají. Jinak restaurace hezká.? The rooms are acceptable, but the service in the restaurant is terrible, is unpleasant and unwilling. Otherwise the restaurant is pretty.?

U vedlejsiho stolu cekali na pizzu, kterou nikdy nedostali a obsluha tvrdila, ze zadnou neobjednali, i kdyz uz byla zaplacena. U dalsiho stolu prinesli polevky, ale piti se hoste nedockali…na tech par stolu bylo personalu az hodne, i tak to nebyli schopni zvladnout. Poprve a naposled Absolute tragedy. We waited at the table for 20 minutes to order, no one came. At the next table, they waited for a pizza they had never received, and the waiter said they hadn't ordered one, even though it had already been paid. They brought soups at the next table, but the guests didn't get a drink - there were a lot of staff on those few tables, but they still couldn't handle it. For the first and last time
M	Marek Krebs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel při mojí návštěvě bylo zavřeno z důvodu nedostatku personálu jak bylo napsáno před vchodem. Jinak co pamatuji z minulých let super obsluha a výborné jídlo. Unfortunately, it was closed during my visit due to lack of staff as written in front of the entrance. Otherwise, as I remember from previous years, super service and excellent food.
R	Radim Pres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud hledáte adrenalín, tak tady jste na správném místě... Takový hardcore jsem opravdu ještě nezažil... Po příchodu, když náhodou seženete místo, tak se k vám s trochou štěstí dostane servírka za 20 minut, spíš je nutné ji oslovit pokud prochází kolem. Pak si zázrakem objednáte pití a jídlo. A čekáte a čekáte. Na jídlo asi hodinu. A to mají v nabídce v podstatě jenom špecle, řízek a smažák, a nějaké pizzy. Nicméně vidíte vynášet z kuchyně jídlo tempem 1 porce za cca 10 minut, do toho počítám i talířek samotných hranolek. Celkový zážitek je naprosto děsivý, majiteli doporučuji to zavřít, protože kdo něco takového provozuje, tak musí být nesvéprávný, že toto dopustí a měl by se stydět, že něco takového může v 21. století vůbec fungovat (ta hodina čekání na jídlo je bohužel na úkor ne levného lyžování). Vyhněte se nadaleko If you are looking for adrenaline, then you are in the right place ... I have never really experienced such hardcore ... around. Then you will miraculously order drinks and food. And you wait and you wait. For food for about an hour. And they basically only offer speckles, steak and fryer, and some pizzas. However, you can see the food being brought out of the kitchen at the rate of 1 serving in about 10 minutes, including the plate of french fries themselves. The overall experience is absolutely terrifying, I recommend the owner to close it, because whoever runs something like this must be unruly to do this and he should be ashamed that something like this can work in the 21st century (the hour of waiting for food is unfortunately at the expense of cheap skiing). Avoid far and wide

The soup (peas) tasted good, but the main dish (Pyramid = fried chicken breasts with bacon, potato pancakes and hot sauce) was rather weak. The meat was chewy, potato pancakes were most likely made from frozen a semi-product and the sauce was also shopped, not prepared. The price would be ok for a good meal, but it was pretty expensive for what I got. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this place.
