J	Jana Richterová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po příchodu jsme byly celkem hrubě odkázány k jinému, už obsazenému stolu (nutno podotknout, že jsme odcházely od největšího stolu v místnosti pro 10-12 lidí, seděly jsme tam 2, mohli by k nám i další lidé) s odůvodněním, že potřebují alespoň jeden stůl pro nocležníky. Dobře, to by se ještě dalo pochopit. Co už se ale pochopit nedá, že jsme u stolu s cizími lidmi seděly 20 minut, obsluha chodila sem a tam, nosila pití, jídlo, prázdné nádobí zpět do kuchyně, zastavila se i u "našeho" stolu, ale obsloužila pouze ty druhé. Nedostaly jsme ani jídelní lístky, ani dotaz, co si dáme k pití. 1 hvězda - nejde dát 0. Zvedly jsme se a odešly, nikdy více. Upon arrival, we were quite roughly referred to another, already occupied table (it should be noted that we left the largest table in the room for 10-12 people, we sat there 2, other people could come to us) on the grounds that they need at least one table for lodgers. Well, that would still be understandable. But what can no longer be understood is that we sat at the table with strangers for 20 minutes, the staff went here and there, carried drinks, food, empty dishes back to the kitchen, stopped at "our" table, but served only the others. We didn't get any menus or a question about what to drink. 1 star - can't be given 0. We got up and left, never again.
V	Vendula Solovská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poměrně dobrý výběr z jídel - 1-2 polévky, pizza, smažená jídla i klasiky typu rajská či svíčková, ovocné knedlíky... ALE kvůli návalu lyžařů je vše podáváno nedohřáté, nedosmažené, pizza nedopečená a dost jídel z nabídky ani nebylo. Jak už psali mnozí jiní, podlaha dost nebezpečná. Stojany na tácy přeplněné, dokud jsme neřekli. Obsluha sice z Ukrajiny, ale rozuměli. Škoda, místo je moc hezké a má potenciál velký. Relatively good choice of meals - 1-2 soups, pizza, fried dishes and classics such as tomato or sirloin, fruit dumplings ... BUT because of the rush of skiers everything is served unheated, undried, pizza undone and enough dishes on the menu was not even. As many have written, the floor is quite dangerous. Tray racks crowded until we said. Service from Ukraine, but they understood. Too bad, the place is very nice and has great potential.
Z	Zámečník Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoufalá obsluha, muž zjevem bezdomovce který holýma rukama přemítňuje knedlíky z misky do várnice, paní která vám připravuje jídlo na talíř u toho kýchá a pot jí při tom kape z čela. Humus přátelé . Bohužel tuto restauraci jsem navštívil z cela jistě na posled a nebyl jse zdaleka sám kdo zdilel tento názor. Všude přítomná špína na výdajním pultě , to by měly vydět hygienici. A desperate attendant, a homeless man who, with his bare hands, moves dumplings from a bowl to a brewhouse, a lady who prepares your food for a plate by sneezing and sweat drips from her forehead. Humus friends. Unfortunately this restaurant I visited from the whole certainly on the last and I was far from myself who shared this opinion. Everywhere the dirt on the dispenser is present, this should be done by hygienists.

Tento suvenýr jsem i s polévkou odnesla obsluze. Ta bez jediného slova omluvy, vrácení peněz či jiné náhrady drát přijala. Neskutečné! Uvnitř přetopeno. Opocená obsluha u výdeje jídla. Již nikdy. Lidicky, honestly if you do not like to swallow wires, so I do not recommend this restaurant. We had a piece of wire (or steel wool) in the soup. I took this souvenir with the soup to the operator. It accepted the wire without a word of apology, refund or other compensation. Unreal! Overheated inside. Sweaty service for food delivery. Never again.

Jinak jídlo (pokud si nedáte smažak) je děs a v poměru k ceně je jeho kvalita děs běs ? Well, one probably can't want gastronomy from the dining room by the slope. Objednala jsem si hranolky, píšou 150g, pani položí talíř na váhu a vazi neodkapane hranolky, několikrát navazila méně než 130g, na moji výtku nic neřekla. Pokud člověk požádá o úklid třeba po vyliti pití, což se na mokré podlaze se děje často, netřeba čekat zázrak ani úklid. Achjo. They award one star for nature, environment and snow.
