Před ubytováním jsme se od pana provozního dozvěděli, že bude lepší, když s naším dvouletým synem budeme jíst v dětském koutku. Jsou na to připraveni, v hracím koutku jsou i jídelní stoly. Snídaně byly ubohé. Podávaly se ty nejlacinější potraviny, obyčejný základ. Musím uznat, že večeře byly velmi chutné. Topení na pokojích nešlo regulovat, topilo se pouze v koupelně. Asi bychom za to měli být rádi, protože provozní nám říkal, že si někteří hosté s sebou berou vlastní přímotop. No, ono se mění čemu divit. Znova bych sem nejela a ani penzion Sněžná svým známým nedoporučila. The pension has pleasing decorations, everything is cozy. Before the accommodation, we learned from Mr. Operating that it would be better if our two-year-old son and I ate in the children's corner. They are ready for it, there are also dining tables in the play area. Breakfasts were poor. The cheapest foods were served, the usual basis. I must admit that the dinners were very tasty. Heating in the rooms could not be regulated, heating was only in the bathroom. We should probably be happy for that, because the operator told us that some guests take their own direct heater with them. Well, it's changing what's surprising. I would not come here again and did not recommend the Sněžná guest house to my friends either.
T	Tomáš Fictum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roubenka jako taková velmi líbivá. Snídaně spolu s večeří velmi dobré - byli jsme spokojeni. Bohužel, co musím vytknout je, že se v tichosti nevyspíte, jelikož je přes stěny a dveře vše slyšet jako např. křik malých dětí, hudby, chození ve společenských prostorách, apod. Na klidné spaní tady zapomeňte! Co se týče sprchy a celkově koupelny - musíte být velice skladní, jelikož je opravdu malá. Koupelna by potřebovala zrekonstruovat. Personál a pan provozní byli v pohodě a příjemní. The log cabin as such is very pleasing. Breakfast along with dinner very good - we were satisfied. Unfortunately, what I have to point out is that you don't sleep in silence, because everything can be heard through the walls and doors, such as the screams of small children, music, walking in public spaces, etc. Forget about a peaceful sleep here! As for the shower and the bathroom in general - you have to be very storable, because it is really small. The bathroom would need to be renovated. The staff and the operating room were cool and friendly.
J	Jana Jirotkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dala bych nejraději 4 a 1/2 hvězdy. Byly jen drobné "nedostatky". Pan správce vždy rychle reagoval a paní přes rezervaci byla skvělá. Místo hezké, příjemné, teplé, jídlo brilantní, útulné, hernicka pro děti skvělá. Za pití se doplacelo. Rychlovarná konvice a lednička pro všechny společná. Jakožto vegetariáni jsme priplaceli za jídlo navíc. Ale jak píši, bylo vynikající! Těšila jsem se na větší pokoj (bylo nás 5),ale ve finále to bylo dostačující. Přes den výlety apod. Určitě doporučuji! I would prefer 4 and 1/2 stars. There were only minor "shortcomings". The manager always responded quickly and the lady despite the reservation was great. Place nice, nice, warm, food brilliant, cozy, game room great for kids. The drink paid off. Electric kettle and refrigerator common to all. As vegetarians, we paid extra for the meal. But as I write, it was excellent! I was looking forward to a bigger room (there were 5 of us), but in the final it was enough. Day trips, etc. I definitely recommend!

Mela bych jen jednu vytku a to nulova flexibilita ve stravování. Večeře bez moznosti vyberu, coz povazuji v dnešní dobe za standard. Stravovací alternativy pouze pri domluve asi 2 tydnu predem myslim a s priplatkem. Jinak bych dala 5. Stylish accommodation. The receptionist and the operating staff were very nice. Parking available. A short walk to the train station. Super starting point for many trips. I would have only one complaint: zero flexibility in eating. I will choose dinner without the possibility, which I consider to be the standard nowadays. Eating alternatives only by appointment about 2 weeks in advance and with a surcharge. Otherwise I would give 5 .

Pan provozní nebo majitel nás přátelsky přivítal, vše vysvětlil, vše ukázal, naprosto ochotné, přátelské a profesionální chování! Pokoj čistý, perfektně připravený, stylově zařízený, takže dalších 5 hvězdiček?? Co se týče jídla nemohu nic vytknout. Snídaně skvělá a chutná, formou bufetu, vše chutné! Uzeniny, sýry, pečivo a domácí koláč + bábovka, domácí vajíčková pomazánka jednoduše nemohu skvělé! Jako milovníci dlouhé a chutné snídaně jsme byli spokojeni ? Večeře se skládala z polévky a hlavního jídla a také jsme si pochutnali?? Celkové prostředí penzionu, servisu, jednání a jídla bylo naprosto perfektní??? Děkujeme za tuto zkušenost, rádi doporučíme blízkým a v budoucnu se vrátíme!? We were here with a girlfriend and I must say that I would like to give 10 stars! Mr. operating or the owner welcomed us in a friendly way, explained everything, showed everything, absolutely helpful, friendly and professional behavior! Room clean, perfectly prepared, stylishly furnished, so another 5 stars?? As for the food, I can't complain. Breakfast great and tasty, buffet, everything delicious! Sausages, cheese, pastries and homemade cake + cream puff, homemade egg spread I just can't be great! As lovers of long and tasty breakfasts, we were satisfied ? Dinner consisted of soup and main course and we also enjoyed?? The overall environment of the guest house, service, meetings and food was absolutely perfect Thank you for this experience, we will be happy to recommend to loved ones and we will return in the future!
P	Petr Kucera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel naše zkušenosti v tomto penzionu nejsou moc dobré. Jediné co dá pochválit byla snídaně. Na přidaných fotkach ukazuji v jakem stavu byl náš pokoj. To že byly všude pavučiny. To patří k roubenkam, ale nánosy prachu na zemi a hlavně pod postelí je už moc. Nefungující televize a zásuvky ,které při zapojeni kteréhokoli přístroje fungoval jako když nefungoval(za to mohl vitr údajně) V jiné místnosti vše šlo. Utržené lišty, odchlipnuty práh, díry ve zdi. Utržené držení na závěsy. To že tepla voda tekla sporadicky to asi patří k horam. Museli jsme kvůli nemocné dceři odjet o den dříve,ale to nás ani tolik nemrzelo s ohledem na stav pokoje. Jedine ,co mohu pochválit, tak byla snídaně. Unfortunately, our experience in this guesthouse is not very good. The only thing that can be praised was breakfast. The added photos show the condition of our room. That there were cobwebs everywhere. It belongs to the log cabins, but there is a lot of dust on the ground and especially under the bed. Non-functioning televisions and sockets, which when connected to any device worked as if it did not work (it could have been the wind allegedly) Everything went well in another room. Torn strips, chipped threshold, holes in the wall. Torn holding on curtains. The fact that the hot water flowed sporadically probably belongs to the mountains. We had to leave the day before because of my sick daughter, but we weren't so sorry about the condition of the room. The only thing I can praise was the breakfast.

Upon arrival we had tour around the complex, suggestions where to visit etc. He was really friendly. Whole place was beautifully decorated and had that old farmhouse vibe. I appreciated the garden area which had perfect lawn and where you can chillax in the evening. I loved the bed, it was big and the mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was old but it was clean and the water pressure was good. Breakfast was ok. Simple and all the essential was there. Lady looking after breakfast was welcoming.
