a	adam markowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tuto "ubytovnu" jsem navštívil jednou a naposled. Vážený pan majitel opisoval údaje z občanského průkazu přes 40 minut! Ani tak zřejmě neuměl číst... Po příchodu na pokoj zapachající postel, tvrde a špinavé ručníky, koupelna ve stavu, že nejprve musíte umýt sprchu aby jste se jí vůbec dotkli. Už nikdy více. I visited this "hostel" once and last. Dear owner, has described the identity card data for over 40 minutes! He didn't seem to be able to read anyway ... Upon entering the room, the stinking bed, the hard and dirty towels, the bathroom in the state that you first had to wash the shower to touch it. Nevermore.

Nechápu, jak je možné, že když na oficiálních stránkách mají online rezervační systém, ze kterého vám přijde potvrzení, si dovolí tvrdit, že posílají ještě jeden separátní e-mail s potvrzením přímo do Unionu. K čemu tedy ten rezervační systém mají? A kde mají upozornění, aby zákazníci vyčkali na další potvrzovací e-mail? Nehledě na to, že pokud by se tedy mělo vyčkávat na druhý e-mail, je nutnost případně napsat, že rezervace je neúspěšná, protože mají plno. To, že přijdete na recepci, která je ZAVŘENÁ (jak si může hotel dovolit mít zavřenou recepci, když je údajně plný?), je věc jedna. Když pak ale voláte na číslo, abyste si zjistili informace, ozve se vám nepříjemná baba, která vám to uprostřed věty vytípne. Jsem rodilá slaňačka a nepamatuji se, že by někdy s Unionem byly takovéto problémy. Teď ale kam půjdu, budu každému říkat, aby se tomuto "hotelu" vyhnul obrovským obloukem. I have exactly the same experience as Břetislav Proft. I do not understand how it is possible that when they have an online booking system on the official website from which you receive a confirmation, they dare to say that they are sending another separate confirmation e-mail directly to the Union. So what do they have the reservation system for? And where do they get notifications for customers to wait for the next confirmation email? Regardless of the fact that if you should wait for the second e-mail, it is necessary to write that the reservation is unsuccessful, because they are full. Arriving at a reception that is CLOSED (how can a hotel afford to have a closed reception when it is supposedly full?) Is one thing. But when you call the number to find out information, you will hear an unpleasant grandmother, who will beep in the middle of the sentence. I'm a native salt shaker and I don't remember ever having such problems with Union. But now, where will I go, I will tell everyone to avoid this "hotel" with a huge arc.

Ubytování splnilo očekáváni, slečna recepční očekáváni predčila ? Accommodation nice, tidy, everything by arrangement ready. Very helpful and helpful receptionist. The receptionist was strange, had problem with reading information from ID card at check-in so my husband had to read it for him. He said that internet is not working so he cant give us the invoice (we never got receipt or anything). He didnt know how much we should pay for one night (o r that we are coming to pension) so we had to tell him how much it was on Booking (in euros). He converted it into crowns (and added a little bit to round it). The room was missing the toilet papier but otherwise looked OK. we could bring our dog with us so that was great. The neighbourhood was strange as well and hovewer it was in close distance to center, we parked our car further away (just to be sure). There are free parking places ONLY during the night and weekends. Nothing happened to us or car but i didnt feel safe and will not come back.
