We paid for the room with sauna but it didn't work, in the morning they informed us that we have to pay next 450Kc for use( but no receptionist for hole stay to ask them turn it on). Rooms are not cleaned or towels not changed. Not enough toiletries for 2 nights stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are higher than the one announced on the website. The price you have to pay at check-in will be higher than announced. This is a vicious commercial practice against customers. Edit : They charged me 5 breakfasts for 4 days ! I do not recommend. Stay away !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected more for what we paid. Small room, TV not working and no water on the sink. Also, we got charged 100kč more than expected for whatever reason, they don't speak english so it was hard to understand what lady was saying so we just paid and left. Nice bed, big and comfy, everything clean.
