M	Markéta Kadlečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve Vigvamu jsem byla na pracovní akci. Prostory kde se konaly prezentace byly pěkné, měli jsme k dispozici vodu. Oběd byl průměrný, několik kolegyň si stěžovalo na vlažné či chladné pokrmy. Po té jsme měli odpolední svačinu, večerní raut a snídani, vše bylo chutné. Prostřední se mi líbilo - jak venkovní prostory, posezení, ubytování v sudu, tak i dřevěný Vigvam. Pokoj, na kterém jsme byly ubytovány, mě však docela zklamal. Jednalo se o čtyřlůžkový pokoj v budově penzionu s názvem "Afrika". I přes síť proti hmyzu v okně jsme na pokoji měly poměrně dost komárů. Koberec i stěny byly celkem flekaté. Postrádaly jsme noční stolky. Z televize byly vypojeny kabely a zásuvka v jejich blízkosti nefungovala. Miniaturní koupelnička nebyla příliš dobře uklizená. Přes tenké stěny bylo slyšet hluk z chodby i ze sousedního pokoje. Ráno při odevzdávaní klíčů od pokoje si kolegyně stěžovala na hlasitě vrzající postel. Bylo jí odpovězeno že je to proto, aby se tam nedělaly nepravosti. Pán, kterému jsme platily útratu za alkohol za pokoj, byl podrážděný, když jsme si platbu chtěly nerovnoměrně rozdělit a také při požadavku platby kartou. I was at a work event in Wigwam. The premises where the presentations took place were nice, we had water available. Lunch was average, with several colleagues complaining about lukewarm or cold meals. After that we had an afternoon snack, an evening reception and breakfast, everything was delicious. I liked the middle one - both outdoor spaces, seating, accommodation in a barrel, and a wooden wigwam. However, the room in which we were accommodated quite disappointed me. It was a four-bed room in the building of the pension called "Africa". Despite the insect screen in the window, we had quite a few mosquitoes in the room. The carpet and walls were quite spotty. We lacked bedside tables. The cables were disconnected from the TV and the outlet near them did not work. The miniature bathroom was not very tidy. Noise could be heard from the hallway and the adjoining room through the thin walls. In the morning, as she handed over the room keys, her colleague complained about a loud creaking bed. She was told that it was so that iniquities would not be done there. The gentleman, to whom we paid for alcohol for the room, was irritated when we wanted to distribute the payment unevenly and also when requesting payment by card.

Vše je zde slyšet, papírové zdi, máte pocit, že lidé v sousedním pokoji sedí vedle vás, ale když jde jen o složení hlavy, tak stačí. Obsluha strašidelná, až na blond slečnu na bowlingu. S tak arogantním a nepříjemným chováním jsme se snad nikde nesetkali. Porce jídla za vyšší ceny dost malé, objednat si něco navíc nepřicházelo v úvahu, nic nešlo, nic prý nemají. Sotva stihnete dojíst polévku a už vám to berou, pití jsem neměla ani dolité z láhve a hned láhev sebrali, žádné postupné dolévání. Buď si nalijte celé nebo máte prostě smůlu a přijdete o pití :-D děs. Firemní akce s coffeebreakem? Pouze přesně vymezený čas, pak již vše vypnou, ani vodu se nenalijite. Jen si vše kupte k tomu navíc a zaplaťte. Takže jediné co mohu pochválit je snad slečna na bowlingu, tam vše fungovalo. Jednalo se o firemní akci, ale ani v rámci své dovolené se tam nevrátíme. Personál opravdu tragický. The rooms are sufficient, enough to sleep. Everything is heard here, the paper walls, you feel like the people in the next room are sitting next to you, but when it comes to the composition of the head, that's enough. The staff is scary, except for a blonde girl at a bowling alley. We have perhaps never encountered such arrogant and unpleasant behavior. Portions of food at higher prices quite small, ordering something extra was out of the question, nothing worked, they said they had nothing. As soon as you have time to finish the soup and they take it away from you, I did not even have a drink from the bottle and they immediately took the bottle, no gradual refilling. Either pour the whole thing or you are just unlucky and you lose the drink :-D awful. Corporate events with coffee break? Only a precisely defined time, then they will turn everything off, and you won't even pour water. Just buy everything in addition and pay. So the only thing I can praise is maybe the lady at the bowling alley, everything worked there. It was a corporate event, but we will not return there even during our vacation. Staff really tragic.
P	Petr Schmied on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme tu možnost strávit před třemi týdny dvě noci a tři dny v sudovém apartmánu. Bylo to až neuvěřitelné, naprostá pohoda a spokojenost, jídlo špičkové, soukromé wellness. Co se týká obsluhy, velice ochotná a vstřícná. V kuchyni, restaurace, či recepci, správní lidi na správném místě. Degustace vína v ceně ubytování, velice zajímavá, pan majitel znalý člověk, ví o čem mluví. Dominantou areálu je vigvam který se může pochlubit téměř 23 metry výšky. Moc jsme si to tu užili a zda budeme mít cestu kolem, určitě se moc rádi vrátíme. Wine tasting included in the price of accommodation, very interesting, the owner is a knowledgeable person, he knows what he is talking about. The dominant feature of the area is a wigwam which boasts almost 23 meters in height. We really enjoyed it here and if we have a way around, we will definitely be happy to return.

Určitě by to chtělo noční stolky vedle postele a také aby jediná zásuvka u postele nebyla za posteli :) Sprcha a záchod čisté. Na kobercích divné fleky, chtělo by to buď koberce nové nebo použít nějaký tepovač. Wellness čistý, ale mohla být hned ráno zapnuta i infra sauna, protože se dlouho nahřívala. Vířivka trochu zapáchala, ale po chvíli si člověk zvyknul. Skvělé místo pro odpočinek. Bowling - senzační, nemám co vytknout. Vinná degustace - super, poučná. Na návštěvu doporučuji. Pension - accommodation so normal :) nothing extra. It would definitely want bedside tables next to the bed and also that the only drawer by the bed is not behind the bed :) Shower and toilet clean. Strange stains on carpets, it would either want new carpets or use some beating. Wellness clean, but the infrared sauna could have been switched on in the morning because it had been warming up for a long time. The hot tub smelled a little, but after a while you got used to it. Great place to relax. Bowling - sensational, I have nothing to complain about. Wine tasting - great, informative. I recommend a visit.

H	Hanna Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was excellent, beautifully presented and delicious. But needs better service. Breakfast bar was missing food constantly and we had to wait for the refill. I hope they will also consider vegetarian meal option for lunch and dinner. Room was very clean but I hated the toilet seat which didn't fit on the bowl properly. Wellness facility was good just missing proper towels... You can also go for nice bushwalk near the pension.
