★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zima! Nedostacující teplá voda v boileru. Provozní kontrolovala pokoje zda-li nejsou zapojené nabíječky a odpojovala je na ntb, telefon, atd... i když jsem pracoval na home office a to jen když jsem si odskočil do obchodu.
 Winter! Insufficient hot water in the boiler. The operator checked the rooms to see if the chargers were connected and disconnected them on the ntb, telephone, etc ... even though I was working at the home office and only when I jumped into the store.

I arrived 1 hour earlier16:00,that the re- forecast arrival time17:00,and I had to wait till 16.50 for staff to arrive,and check me in. Wi-fi not strong enough in the room, I had to use my phone coverage..
