Penzion a vinařství Vavříček - U Hřiště 604

Nemám co bych vytknul, všechno bylo skvělé. Víno excelentní, ubytování pohodlné, majitelé víc než vstřícní , takže zcela doporučuji a už teď se těším na další setkání.

Absence košů na některých pokojích, v koupelně písek na podlaze, ručníky zapáchaly, žádné rohože v koupelně, špinavé ložní prádlo mezi šuplíky s nádobím, absolutně nevhodné pro rodiny s dětmi. Neochotný majitel nepustil manželku na WC hodinu před check-inem. Na poslední chvíli zrušena snídaně.

Spinave pokoje. Kdyz jsme na to majitele upozornili a poprosili ho, jestli by podlahu jeste mohli vytrit, kdyz budeme na vylete, urazil se a vyhodil nas i s pulocnimi detmi. Dal nam ultimátum, at vypadneme do 20:00. Abychom to pochopili, vypnul elektrinu, takze deti spaly v dusnu a koupelny jsme balili potme. Majitel je nestabilni asocial, ktery je schopny vas vyhodit uprostred noci. NEDOPORUCUJI!

Výborná komunikace s majitelem, vracíme se sem opakovaně již třetím rokem, a to až z Mníšku p. Brdy, pobyt jako vždy v nejlepší čistotě vč. sociálního zařízení. Kuchyňka s běžným standardem.

V tomto ubytovani vas dost pravdepodobne bude ocakavat pan majitel bez zaujmu s hrubymi maniermi a neporiadok v izbach. Na prvy pohlad bolo ubytovanie moderne, zariadene klimatizaciou, predchadzajuca komunikacia po emailoch este ako-tak v norme, avsak po prichode sme zazili obrovske sklamanie. Podlaha v izbe nebola umyta tipujem tak pol roka, v sprche sme mali priehradu plnu vlasov a o skriniach ani nehovorim. Pokial sa chcete ubytovat, doporucujem sa vybavit cistiacimi prostriedkami. Nikdy viac!

Hezký penzion, majitel v pohodě, má vynikající vlastní vína, každý večer jsme měli doplněnou lednici, vytknul bych jen malé parkoviště a mohl by zamést výrazné pavučiny na stropě v jednom z pokojů, jinak jsme byli nadmíru spokojeni

Unfortunately, the worst experience ever!! If my German would be good enough, I would have written the same also in German because being Czech I am sure there is a lot of foreign visitors and they need to know this and go somewhere else! I have never heard or experienced myself such a behaviour from any owner anywhere else. After well meant criticism about the cleanliness (full shower drains, floors behind the beds, spider webs on the jacket racks, dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings) we have asked if it would be possible to do new cleaning next morning when we will go for a trip. The owner sad that everything has been cleaned perfectly and he has no intention of changing it and offered us prepayment back and leave or stay as it is. He must have known with 4 families, 6 small children (two under 6 months and already sleeping) and one pregnant we have not much of a choice for the rest of the weekend being 7pm in the highest peek of the season with no capacities free anywhere in the range of 1,5-hour ride. Because it was for all of us minimum 4 hours ride home, we had to tell him that we want to stay. But in the meantime, one guest (only other room that wasn’t with us) told the owner that we are criticizing him, that we are not happy and that our children are running everywhere and we want to cancel wine tasting with him (the atmosphere was totally ruined it didn’t make sense for any of us adults to sit with the owner and talk about wine and life with him which is usually very pleasant time in the region) so before we told the owner we will stay he told us to take our money and leave in one hour. We have told him that it is not possible, babies were already sleeping and night was coming and we have already paid some money for his accommodation. He shut down the electricity and left. We have realized no one wants to stay there any longer packed everything woke up our children and left before dawn. I should have known problems are coming when he cancelled breakfasts week before without any reasoning saying we can go to the local groceries that it should be good enough for us, than forcing us after arrival to have Friday not Saturday wine tasting (we were 8 and he was changing plans because some other 2 people wanted to come on Friday and he was probably to lazy to do 2 nights in a row even though its part of his job) and when I asked about some cold dinner for the wine tasting I have asked for months before via email and he is offering on his web site (like everywhere else in the wine cellar is normal just some sausages, cheese etc. nothing fancy) he told me that he do just bread or big hot catering dinner but that needs to be ordered before. I told him it is weird (he told me later maybe he can arrange at least some pate for the bread) but we have agreed with all of mentioned above because we wanted to have a nice weekend with bunch of friends and their families. So, you can see it wasn’t just about one problem where two sides don’t understand each other because of some misunderstanding we were ready to comprimise almost on everything but that is an essential problem of the owner. You can see it when you are coming to the parking space the building rubble lying everywhere, big trash bins right on the terrace where is the only outside sitting area and the hospitality of the owner when our pregnant friend wanted to use only bathroom coming earlier to the accommodation than standard 2pm which he didn’t allow. This is not a place you want to stay in :( Please do not go anywhere near this place, it is not worth it, there is so many super nice people and places in south Moravia we have met doing these trips last 10 Years but Mr. Vavricek and his accommodation is one great nightmare.
