★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie waren auf unserer Elberadtour hier zum Übernachten. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt. Auch die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war freundlich und hat unsere Fragen beantwortet. Für die Räder gab es im Keller einen Abstellplatz. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.
 We stayed here on our Elbe bike tour. The communication in advance worked great. The receptionist was also friendly and answered our questions. There was a place in the basement for bikes. The room was fine.

The hotel does not have breakfast. Must be booked at the hotel next door. Rooms clean, equipment older. Rooms and entrance to the hotel on the card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čistý, útulný, perfektně zařízený pokoj. Pár metrů od centrální promenády a kousek od hlavního nádraží i od náměstí. Vstřícná recepce.
Clean, cozy, perfectly furnished room. A few meters from the central promenade and a short walk from the main station and the square. Friendly reception.

gave us only one key . Electricity doesn't work without it . Took us 3 days of arguing to get the second one.
Front desk representatives are never there .
We wanted to move out , they said that we not getting our money back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good Internet connection. Too much noise and yelling at nights. We could hear people talking in the next rooms and below on the street. Everything in the room was breaking. Not enough light on the ambiance. People always smoked in the next room. Not good noise cancelling. Not good heating for winter. No one at reception all the time. Not recommending this place after all.
The only girl at the reception sometimes attention was good. She tried to compensate the problems of the room. Nice/kind service from her.
