Jelikož také pracuji brigádně v podobném obchodě tak se snažím být vždy milá, jelikož vím jaké to je, když je na mě zákazník nepříjemný. Šla jsem na této pobočce vrátit zboží, které jsem zde i koupila. Jednu věc mi paní vzala a druhou ne, jelikož neměla cenovku bez které jsem to i koupila. ( slečna prodavačka pípla stejný organizér ale s cenovkou). Řekla mi, že si mám jít na jinou pobočku, jelikož to nemá podle čeho načíst, avšak měla. Šla jsem se hned kouknout, jestli ho tam ještě má. Opravdu jsem se hádat s paní nechtěla, takže jsem odešla. V Pepcu jsem před třemi roky brigádně pracovala, takže vím, jak to s vrácením chodí. A tu aroganci si taky mohla nechat..já byla milá po celou dobu.
Unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience with this branch today. Since I also work part-time in a similar store, I always try to be nice, because I know what it's like when a customer is uncomfortable with me. I went to this branch to return the goods that I bought here. One thing the lady took from me and not another, because she didn't have a price tag without which I bought it. (Miss saleswoman beeped the same organizer but with a price tag). She told me to go to another branch because she had nothing to load, but she had. I went to see if he still had him there. I really didn't want to argue with the lady, so I left. I worked part-time in Pepc three years ago, so I know how it goes with returns. And she could keep the arrogance too ... I was nice the whole time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normální Pepco, za ty peníze nečekejte extra kvalitu(obzvlášť u oblečení), ale pro děti mají někdy hezké kousky.
Normal Pepco, don't expect extra quality for that money (especially clothes), but sometimes they have nice pieces for children.
