Nic se neděje a na email nikdo nereaguje.. Takhle se chovají vohnouti a podvodníci. The first time I ordered, the goods came immediately, but the size did not fit, 14 days ago sent the goods to claim and exchange with the request. Nothing happens and no one is responding to the email. This is how they get bumped up and crooks.
M	Michal Hrabě on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje první zkušenost s tímto obchodem a hned negativní. Poprvé jsem si objednal tričko z tohoto obchodu a k mému údivu dorazilo dámské tričko. Chyba se může stát. Na příslušných stránkách jsem vyplnil jejich formulář a tričko jsem odeslal na uvedenou adresu. Co mě rozhořčilo je, že se mnou již 14 dní nikdo nekomunikuje a nikdo nezvedá ani telefony. OPAKOVANĚ !!!! Přístup a jednání je poněkud k zblití. S tímto shopem mám jen špatné zkušenosti. Nikomu bych ho nedoporučil a znovu již zde nic neobjednám. Přístup a jednání je katastrofální. NEDOPORUČUJI !!!! My first experience with this business and immediately negative. I ordered a T-shirt from this store for the first time and to my surprise a women's T-shirt arrived. An error can occur. I filled out their form on the relevant pages and sent the T-shirt to the address provided. What infuriated me is that no one has been communicating with me for 14 days and no one is answering the phone. REPEATEDLY !!!! Attitude and action is somewhat embarrassing. I only have a bad experience with this shop. I would not recommend it to anyone and I will not order anything here again. The approach and negotiations are catastrophic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
T	Tomáš Šedivý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepřišlo mi žádné potvrzení objednávky ani faktura. V balíčku sem našel úplně jiný triko než sem objednával a hlavně jiná velikost. Na e-shopu sem viděl že bylo dostupné. V emailové komunikaci mi bylo sděleno, že tričko skladem nemají. Chtěl sem vrátit peníze na účet - to proběhlo bez problému. Poté jsem tričko poslal zpátky. I received no order confirmation or invoice. In the package I found a completely different shirt than I ordered and especially different size. In the e-shop I saw that it was available. In an email communication I was told that the shirt is not in stock. I wanted to return the money to my account - it went without a problem. Then I sent the shirt back.
O	Ondřej Liška on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednány dvě trička. Jedno dorazilo se štítkem velikosti L, ale rozměry má velikosti S. Druhé dorazilo zcela jiné. Reklamováno. Na mail nereagují. Při vytočení telefonního čísla se ozvalo "Nemáte oprávnění volit toto číslo". Two t-shirts ordered. One arrived with a label of size L, but the dimensions are size S. The other arrived completely different. Complained. They do not respond to mail. "You are not authorized to dial this number" when dialing a phone number.
V	Vanda Kroftová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEOBJEDNÁVAT !!!!!!!! 7.11. 2019 Jsem objednala zboží, žádné potvrzení mi na email nepřišlo, dne 23.11. byla zásilka odeslána v hodnotě, které jsem objednala, omluvný email, že měli technický problém. Zásilka odeslána bohužel 2ks v ní chyběly - obchod nereaguje. Zboží za 400kč nedodáno, ani nevrácené peníze na účet. Obchod nereaguje na emaily, telefon není dostupný vůbec, zřejmě jsem naletěla. Člověk se může zmýlit, ale obchod jsem urgovala ihned po převzetí zásilky. Kdybych si přečetla předem recenzi, mohla jsem se tomuto vyvarovat, byl to první a poslední nákup. V žádném případě nedoporučuji nakupovat!!!!!! Zřejmě má obchod technický problém, nejen v emailech, ale celkově!!!!! NEOBJEDNÁVAT !!!!!!!! 7.11. 2019 I ordered the goods, no confirmation by e-mail, on 23.11. the shipment was shipped at the value I ordered, an apologetic email that they had a technical problem. Shipment unfortunately sent 2 pieces in it was missing - the shop does not respond. Goods for 400kč not delivered, nor refunded to the account. The store does not respond to emails, the phone is not available at all, apparently I flew. You may be wrong, but I urged the shop immediately after receiving the shipment. If I read the review beforehand, I could have avoided this, it was the first and last purchase. In any case do not recommend shopping !!!!!! Apparently the store has a technical problem, not only in emails, but overall !!!!!
B	Barbora Polankova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI!!!! 12. 11. 2019 jsem si objednala tričko, zaplatila jsem ho, ale přišla mi na e-mail pouze účtenka EET, nic jiného. Za celou dobu mi nepřišlo žádné potvrzení přijetí objednávky, informace i vyřizování objednávky, vůbec nic. Po několika dnech jsem obchod urgovala, ale žádná odpověď. Aktualizace 11. 12. 2019 - Zboží sice po mé urgenci dorazilo, ale jelikož mi nevyhovovala velikost, musela jsem tričko zaslat zpět. To, že mi nepřišla s objednávkou žádná faktura, to mě vlastně ani nepřekvapilo. Odeslala jsem tedy balíček zpět podle instrukcí na jejich webovkách, ale do dnešního dne leží balíček na poště a na e-mail nikdo nereaguje. NEDOPORUČUJI !!!! On November 12, 2019, I ordered a T-shirt, paid for it, but only an EET receipt came to my e-mail, nothing else. For the whole time I have not received any confirmation of order acceptance, information and order processing, nothing at all. After a few days, I urged the business, but no answer. Update 11. 12. 2019 - Although the goods arrived after my urgency, but because I did not fit the size, I had to send the shirt back. The fact that I did not receive any invoice with the order, it actually did not surprise me. So I sent the package back according to the instructions on their website, but to date, the package lies in the mail and no one responds to the e-mail.
