★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sleepy-hollow. No Barf. Have nothing you wouldn't find elsewhere. Nothing special about their prices given how far out they are situated. Not sure about their attitude towards animals - witnessed a new-born litter of kittens visibly tormented by a terribly loud and squeaky music used for dog training underway a few steps further; a truly bad idea from any point of view. Some staff not totally aware of what they are talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered products online on 27 December 2020. I am yet to receive them. The head office customer support has only been liars telling me one thing in English and another thing to my husband in Czech. To this day, I haven't received a refund or the products themselves. It doesn't help that I ordered fresh hay and wouldn't it want it by now anyways as if it was actually fresh it would be brown by now. Horrible, awful service and I will never order from them online ever again and will use Pet Center only for what Super Zoo and other pet stores cannot provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. The animal enclosures were poorly maintenanced (especially reptiles and fish). Monkeys (!!!) were sad looking (one was sick for sure), lack of toys or such and you could smell bad quality air from their glass booths. Felt bad after visit... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very large version of the same Pet Center shops in town. However, this location has what is almost like a small zoo inside. My kids love it. The staff have always been super helpful. It's always our first choice when we need something for our dog
