★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál celkem ochotný, ale bohužel musím dát jen 2 hvězdičky z důvodů příliš drahého sortimentu, na internetu i u konkurence ceny i o polovinu levnější.
Staff quite helpful, but unfortunately I have to give only 2 stars due to too expensive assortment, on the Internet and in competition with the price even half cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem si byla koupit králíčka. Musím říct, že řetězec zverimexu pet center příliš nemusím kvůli špatným zkušenostem s neochotnými prodavačky. Dnes jsem ale, byla příjemně překvapena a naprosto spokojená. Paní prodavačka ( tuším, že se jmenuje Tereza) byla milá, pozorná a také věděla o čem mluví. Dokonce byla tak pozorná, že mi na email zaslala foto momentku králíčka (kterého jsem si kupovala)co se jí povedlo vyfotit. Přála bych si potkávat ve zverimexech více takových úžasných prodavaček. Určitě se do zverimexu zase brzo vrátím.
Today I was to buy a rabbit. I have to say that I don't need the pet center pet store chain too much due to the bad experience with reluctant saleswomen. Today, however, I was pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied. The saleswoman (I suspect her name is Tereza) was nice, attentive and also knew what she was talking about. She was even so attentive that she emailed me a photo of a snapshot of the rabbit (which I was buying) that she had managed to take a picture of. I would like to meet more such amazing saleswomen in pet stores. I will definitely be back at the pet store soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem navštívil Pet Centrum v Ostravě Futuru, prodavačka nepříjemná až drzá, vyhrožovala, že mi zboží neprodá, vůbec jí nezajímaly mé zkušenosti ani zařízení jaké mám doma. Do této prodejny už nikdy, ani tu jednu hvězdičku si nezaslouží.
Today I visited the Pet Center in Ostrava Futura, the saleswoman unpleasant to cheeky, threatened not to sell me the goods, she was not at all interested in my experience or the equipment I have at home. He never deserves a single star in this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff who acted like police officer with my son. It is like 60's Eastern Europe attitude. Especially that young brunette a little overweight.
I will never go there again.
