★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Líbí se mi, že do obchodu mohu s pejskem. Vyzkoušet velikost. Obsluha příjemná, nakouplili jsme, co jsme potřebovali a ještě něco navíc.
I like that I can go to the store with a dog. Test the size. Pleasant service, we bought what we needed and something extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi bych chtěla pochválit přístup personálu, i přes komplikovanou dobu byli všichni (2 paní + pán) milý, vstřícní a s úsměvem pod rouškou. Zároveň se mi líbí nový vizual prodejny - jednoduchá navigace, přehlednější, srovnanejsi a čistý jednoduchý koncept.
I would very much like to praise the approach of the staff, despite the complicated time, everyone (2 ladies + gentlemen) was nice, helpful and smiling under the veil. At the same time, I like the new visual of the store - simple navigation, clearer, more balanced and a clean, simple concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Většinou je tento zverimex Ok a normální člověk zde nakoupí v klidu. Ovšem, když člověk má nějaký speciální požadavek, tak né vždy je mu schopny personál vyhovět. Dnes jsem si šel pro objednávku na doma a žárovku na firmu, i když jsem prodavači i pokladny, řekl, že to chci zvlášť dal mi to dohromady. Druhá podobná zkušenost byla při nákupu čichavců, požádal jsem slečnu o dva čichavce perleťové, dostal jsem perleťového a hybrida mezi perleťovým a modrým. Chápu, že všichni jsme lidé, a děláme chyby, jak jsem již psal v 90% připadů vás obslouží k vaši spokojenosti, jen tam prostě občas jsou zkraty. :)
Mostly this pet store is Ok and a normal person buys here in peace. However, when a person has a special request, the staff is not always able to satisfy him. Today I went for an order at home and a light bulb at the company, even though I was a salesman and a cashier, he said I wanted to put it together for me. The second similar experience was when buying gourds, I asked a young lady for two mother-of-pearl gourds, I got a mother-of-pearl and a hybrid between mother-of-pearl and blue. I understand that we are all human, and we make mistakes, as I have already written in 90% of cases you serve to your satisfaction, only there are just occasional shorts. :)
