V tomhle případě neplatí, že jejich služby znovu rádi využijeme, ale když budeme muset, tak rozhodně ano! Netusili jsme o co jde, v aktualni chvili jsme se bali ze se nam priotravil protoze krome zvraceni omdleval a odpadaval, nereagoval. Po tom co nas na zavolani odmitly vsechny blizke veteriny kvuli pretlaku, jsme se domluvili se zachrankou, ktera nam vysla vstric. Prijela po domluve a pomohla jak jen mohla, psa stabilizovala a odvezla nas na veterinu kde nam domluvila vysetreni. Takze muzu jen a jen doporucit v akutnich pripadech skvela pomoc. Sem za ne hrozne vdecna. Today our dog got a huge allergic reaction. Dnes je 15.12. a už jsem 4krat volala , že chci zaslat jak mi bylo řečeno , že mi vše zašlou na email. Zatím nic v ruce nemám ,tak nevím co si mám o tom myslet. 27.11. Vše vysvětlovala, co se bude dít, tak jsme to s její pomocí zvládli. Přestála i můj hysterický záchvat pláče, trpělivě čekala. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme. Pokud se dostanete do podobné situace, jsou jejich služby tou nejlepší volbou. We had to put our beloved kitten to sleep. V	Vlado Hlozka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všech 10 nahoru za profesionální chování pana záchranáře z výjezdu. Věcný, lidský, perfektně vybaven. Čas dojezdu porovnatelný s lidskou záchrankou. Bohužel už neměl šanci našeho pacienta zachránit, ale všechno nám vysvětlil a pomohl zařídit. Tímto mu patří náš veliký dík. Bohužel černou ovcí v tomto našem příběhu je paní telefonistka na dispečinku, která mne neváhala sepsut za to, že jsem ji nebyl schopen nadiktovat telefonní číslo že kterého jsem volal v momentě když náš kocour bojoval o život a přestával dýchat. Když jsem jí sdělil, že kocour znova chrčí - tak místo rady jako postupovat jsem si vyslyšel, že ona teď musí přepisovat číslo z telefonu do systému a je to pro ni komplikace. B	Bret Vanderberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly pet ambulance service; when they arrived they did an initial check of my cat (fell out of a 3rd-story window when my back was turned) to triage how critical the situation was then off to the nearest 24-hour vet we went. Turns out the drivers are Policemen, allowing them to turn on the emergency lights and get you to the vet asap. As they are trained for high-stress scenarios, the driver was a very calming presence and talked me down from a high level of anxiety. Highly recommended for emergency situations with our precious four legged loved ones!
