R	Regards Suki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog collapsed and my local veterináři klinika was closed. Klinika Erika were able to speak to me in English and see me straight away. The dog needed blood drained from a tumor on the heart, the small surgery was carried out all within 30 minutes. The price comparable to 2 other vets was better value, and they were more efficient and clear about what needed to be done next.
A	Akshaya Krishnamoorthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June of this year my cat fell down 4 floors and broke his hind leg. It involved an emergency visit at night after the fall, needing oxygen box support for 2 days, a complicated surgery with a plate implanted to the leg, eventual follow ups and most recently a surgery to remove the implant since the bone was growing/healing and he could be implant free. This clinic was just great, they were patient while i cried and worried, humane when i wanted to visit my cat in the clinic and were professional and honest about the risks involved when they explained the procedure and risks. They have nurses and some doctors who speak English, which i needed since my Czech is not the best for situations like these. They are busy often so be prepared for long wait times. Thank you again for all your work and support.

Unfortunately, we discovered that her kidneys were failing and she did not have long to live. The staff and especially the veterinarians were so kind to me (my Czech is very poor at this point) and to Claire, and helped her cross the bridge humanely when it was time. I will always be grateful for their help and kindness.

S	Simona Suleman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přečetla jsem si zpětné vazby a vidím, že 20.5. v noci sloužila "paní" Vozková. Prosím ať už jde do důchodu nebo do jiného povolání. Our cat had difficulty to breath. My sister called at 2AM. She could hear the "nurse" talking to the "doctor" asking if she wants to take this case or not!!! The "doctor" sounded annoyed. They told my sister what is most probably wrong with the cat but no solution. On top of that they were extremely rude. My sister demanded to come and have them see the cat. The cat passed away on the way. It was traumatic experience and I do not understand why are they doing this job if they hate it. How would they feel if they called emergency about their kids/ family and the staff was rude to them and were not helpful??? DO NOT use their services!!!
