M	Miloslav Sluka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MVDr. Razsková - po telefonické dohodě jsme v neděli přijeli se štěnětem na kontrolu s podezřením na ucpaná střeva, což i lajk posoudí jako vážný problém. Po hodině v čekárně nás paní doktorka arogantně odmítla s tím, že má v čekárně hodně lidí, že doporučení z průvodní zprávy zmiňuje možnou infuzi a že na to i kontrolu nemá čas!!! Prakticky nás vypoklonkovala!!! Neskutečná arogance, neskutečný vztah ke zvířatům, nechápu, jak může dělat zvěrolékařku! I kdyby nás chtěla ošetřit, po takovém entrée absolutně nedůvěryhodná osoba! Zásadně nedoporučuji toto veterinární zařízení! MVDr. Razsková - after a telephone agreement, we arrived on Sunday with a puppy to check with suspicion of clogged intestines, which even assess as a serious problem. After an hour in the waiting room, the doctor arrogantly refused us, saying that she has a lot of people in the waiting room, that the recommendation from the accompanying report mentions a possible infusion and that it does not have time to check !!! She practically overcame us !!! Unbelievable arrogance, unbelievable relationship with animals, I do not understand how she can make a veterinarian! Even if she wanted to treat us, after such an entree, an absolutely untrustworthy person! I do not recommend this veterinary facility!

Kočka nepostřehla ani, že jí byla ďobnutá vakcína :))) I was vaccinated after the renewal of the veterinary clinic where I met the new medical staff and I was satisfied. The cat didn't even notice that she had a swollen vaccine :)))

B	Bamboo Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme prohlednuti pani MVDr. Janou Raszkovou, ktera mi doporucovala granule Royal Canine a Carnilove. Vim dle slozeni, ze Royal Canine je nekvalitni krmivo. Dostali jsme kapky Maxitrol do oci za 180 Kc, antibioticky roztok do usi za 360 Kc a jeste se zakladnim tarifem 300 Kc za vysetreni. Pro me velice drahe vysetreni a materialy, ktere neodpovidaji kvalite. Za me uz nikdy. Hezky den. We were checked by doctor Jana Raszkova, who offered me dog food of the brand Royal Canine and Carnilove. I am well aware that Royal Canine is not a good quality food. We were prescribed medicine - antibiotic drops into eyes (180CZK) and ears (360CZK) as well as 300CZK for the physical examination. In my opinion, the price doesnt corresponds with the service they provide. It is too expensive, therefore, I am not coming back ever. Have a nice day.
