★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V obchodě jsem si nechávala zmenšit zásnubní prsten (poté, co mi bylo na jiném místě řečeno, že zmenšení bude viditelné a náročné). Zlatnice i paní prodavačka byly neskutečně milé a profesionální a v neuvěřitelně rychlém čase za velmi příznivou cenu jsem dostala zpět dokonalý prsten bez jakékoli známky opravy. Dámy, moc děkuji a doporučuji vás dále! :-)
 I had an engagement ring reduced in the store (after I was told elsewhere that the reduction would be visible and difficult). The goldsmith and the saleswoman were incredibly nice and professional, and in an incredibly fast time for a very reasonable price, I got back the perfect ring without any sign of repair. Ladies, thank you very much and I recommend you further! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím, co všechna ostatní zlatnictví mi odmítla opravit prsten po dědečkovi a nabízeli pouze že ho mohou roztavit a udělat nový, zde mi ho během několika dní opravili tak, že vypadá jako nový a podařilo se jim zachovat i původní rytinu uvnitř prstenu. Všechno včas na svatbu ?
While all the other goldsmiths refused to repair my ring after my grandfather and only offered to melt it down and make a new one, here they repaired it in a few days so that it looks like new and they managed to keep the original engraving inside the ring. Everything in time for the wedding ?

We needed to repair a small piece of jewelry (earrings). Very helpful and pleasant behavior, meeting the deadline, everything perfectly repaired. I can recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!! I brought a brand new golden ring for a size enlargement... Not only in the result the ring had black stains on it, it also had dents and the area of ring extension was clearly visible. The job was performed by an older brunette lady and she was trying to argue with me as if I was going to damage the ring during wear and tear anyways.... After arguing she finally accepted the ring for a fix and owner himself fixed it... Save yourself the trouble of wasting the time and nerves here! Whoever that woman is she’s a nightmare to deal with and has no respect for the customers
