Domluvili jsem se po mailu, ze mi poslou na dobre slovo nahradni a protoze bylo zrovna v dobe karantennich opatreni, mohu vadny kus poslat pozdeji. Mam techniku Pentax a nakupuji vse (vcetne stativu, brasny, filtru) pouze u techto panu. Maji dobre ceny a chci je podporit. Vit Richter I just have to praise. The non-original battery for Pentax KP started to lose capacity in the guaranteed time. We agreed after the e-mail that they would send me a good word to replace them, and since there were quarantine measures at the time, I can send the defective piece later. I have Pentax technology and I buy everything (including tripod, bag, filter) only from these gentlemen. They have good prices and I want to support them. Vit Richter

Kromě pěkných cen ještě oceňuji osobní i písemnou komunikaci, rychlost reakce na byť i všetečné otázky a ochotu vždy vyhovět. Dodací lhůty, uvedené na stránkách, se snaží vždy porušit ve prospěch nedočkavého zákazníka. Vyjma jednoho skla a jednoho těla mám vše od nich. Myslím, že jsem jim zapomněl poděkovat za poslední přírůstek 70-200/2,8. Tímto to chci napravit a děkuji za bleskurychlé dodání skla, které místo za dva týdny sehnali za dva dny. P	Pavla Prskavcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemná obsluha, filmy za dobré ceny ale vyvolaní a scan fotek tragédie. Fotky strašně tvrdé - přesaturované, překontrastované. Doufám jen že špatně naskenované a ne špatně vyvolaný film:( Pleasant service, movies at good prices but the development and scan of photos of the tragedy. Photos terribly hard - over-saturated, over-contrasted. I just hope that poorly scanned and not badly developed film :(
