★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vymena kolecka na kufru, ktore sa nikde v Prahe nedalo zohnat a iny servis pre tuto znacku servis nerobi (nema nahradne diely).
Pan Suman mi bez zavahania pomohol a kolecko vymenil dokonca na pockanie (co ale urcite neni standard, na opravu sa moze cakat par dni podla poradovniku) len vdaka tomu, ze som nemal u seba hotovost a bezal som do najblizsieho bankomatu. Nez som sa vratil, kolecko uz bolo vymene a bola to kvalitna praca.
Mozem maximalne doporucit. Mrzi ma len otvaracia doba, ktora sa presne kryje s mojou pracovnou dobou, ale to je snad u vsetkych opravovni rovnake...
Replacement of wheels on the trunk, which could not be found anywhere in Prague and no other service for this brand does (does not have spare parts).
Mr. Suman helped me without hesitation and even replaced the wheel (but which is certainly not standard, you can wait a few days for repairs according to the adviser) only because I did not have cash with me and I did not go to the nearest ATM. Before I returned, the wheel had already been replaced and it was quality work.
I can highly recommend. I'm just sorry for the opening hours, which exactly coincide with my working hours, but this is perhaps the same for all repair shops ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Šuman svému řemeslu nejspíš rozumí. Svědčí o tom i jeho vytíženost, tedy spíš neočekávejte opravu do druhého dne.
Mr. Šuman probably understands his craft. This is also evidenced by its workload, so rather do not expect a repair until the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na první pohled je zřejmé, že pan Šuman ví, o čem mluví. Poměrně složitou opravu slíbil do týdne, předpokládám, že vše dodrží, působí velmi solidně.
At first glance, it is clear that Mr Šuman knows what he is talking about. He promised a relatively complicated repair within a week, I assume that he will keep everything, he looks very solid.
