A když jsem chtěla tedy aspoň klíče, což evidentně dělají - vzal si je ode mne s tak otráveným výrazem, že jsem měla chuť mu je ještě vzít a jít jinam .. Nejdříve neměli děrovačku na místě, takže jsem musela vážit cestu ještě jednou. Podruhé jsem si vystála frontu a pak mi velmi nepříjemný pán řekl, že to neudělá, protože si musí přijít majitel pásku osobně, aby si ho vyzkoušel. Když jsem namítla, že jsme to doma měřili a jsme si dvěma dírkami jisti, tak rezolutně odmítal poskytnout službu s tím, že je to jeho vizitka, a že pak nebude poslouchat moje stížnosti a podobné nesmysly. Takže, vážený pane se silnými dioptriemi, tady máte jednu moji stížnost a velmi negativní referenci, ze kterou si svým neprofesionálním chováním můžete sám.
