★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice neprofesionalni jednani. Je to banka zametena proti cizincum. Pokud nejste obcam CR ani se nepokousejte zakladat ucet. Takovy vyslech a jednani jsem zatim nezazil. Nikdy vice Equabank.... ale TV reklamu maji hezkou, bohuzel to je vse.
 Very unprofessional negotiations. It is a bank swept against foreigners. If you are not a CR or try to open an account. I have not experienced such a hearing and action yet. Never more Equabank .... but TV advertising is nice, unfortunately that's all.

Ale když v této době (Covid-19) požádáte o odklad splátek (ano, samozřejmě nepočítám, že by něco udělali zadarmo) na 6 měsíců, tak byste museli zaplatit o 6 splátek navíc a RPSN 9,39%!!! Klasická židobanka. Toto není recenze na pobočku, ale celkově na banku.

But if at this time (Covid-19) you ask for a deferral of installments (yes, of course I do not count on doing something for free) for 6 months, then you would have to pay 6 extra installments and an APR of 9.39% !!! Classic Jewish bank. This is not a review of the branch, but of the bank as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equa je nejlepší banka. Má nejlepší internetové i mobilní bankovnictví. Vše funguje jak má a je navrženo nejlépe ze všech bank. Takže řeším samozřejmě online. A když už musím náhodou na pobočku, tak jdu vždy rád do pobočky Arkády Pankrác. Ochota, profesionalita, prostě TOP. Všem doporučuji.
Equa is the best bank. It has the best internet and mobile banking. Everything works as it should and is designed best of all banks. So of course I deal online. And when I happen to have to go to the branch, I always like to go to the Arkády Pankrác branch. Willingness, professionalism, simply TOP. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě se jedná o absolutní amatérismus. Nemožnost poslat peníze (údajně technický problém), zrušit čekající platbu (nejde prý nikdy), internetové bankovnictví je plné technických chyb a o tom mobilním ani nemluvím... Na mě banka působí jako prototyp, na kterém se studenti učí, jak by banka mohla fungovat.
For me, this is absolute amateurism. Impossibility to send money (allegedly a technical problem), cancel a pending payment (it is said that never happens), internet banking is full of technical mistakes and I'm not even talking about it ... The bank acts as a prototype for me, where students learn how a bank could work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the only bank we could open an account in. All the others either required a residence certificate, or didn't speak English . We were very happy about the service. Mr Jakub was nice and spoke very good English. And the bank is open until 9pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid becoming their customer if you’re looking for a BANK! They are unable to do anything at the branch. They cannot access your account, they cannot carry out requested transactions or do anything without you having a Czech phone number. My phone including my wallet got stolen, I have not been able to access my money in order to get a new phone or SIM card. What’s worse is that the administrator sitting behind his desk at the branch burst out laughing in my face when I came to them with my problem, simply saying “oh, hahahahaha, you won’t get your money without that phone number, hahahahaha”. This is obscene! I have never seen such unprofessionalism. What’s worse is that you can’t even get in touch with anybody over the phone. Meaning I still haven’t been able to cancel my card!!!
