I tried to communicate with him with my beginner spatne czech level, the man with tattoo on his arm and with bear. He asked if I like to talk with him in English. He has been so nice and helpful. My problem is resolved during that morning. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful when dealing with these guys. I wanted to terminate my contract and they straight up lied to my eyes saying that it's been done. Even gave me a date when it ends. 17 days later I double checked and turns out the contract was still live.
I also asked for a quicker migration to the new VF system (ex UPC here) and they failed to do that as well.
It's kind of infuriating when you receive an invoice for something you thought have been terminated. And when people are surprised that the requests you've made in the past don't exist.
As a bonus my administrator password have been generated 3 times now and I have no idea why.
Another thing that they don't tell you beforehand (at least in my case) was that you have to bring all the devices in before cancelling/terminating their services.
I've reported the guy who lied to me at this branch, but they seem to have ignored it. His colleague told me that he's gonna fix the situation, but he didn't (based on the invoice I just got). So I've reported him again, this time directly to VF. I doubt it's gonna change anything though.
VF customer service has always been really bad, but this is a whole new level that I was not ready for.
Always double check and make sure they've actually done what they've said they are going to do.
The best part was that whenever I had any issues with their services, their customer support took forever to even come up with a generic not-helping-at-all answer, but when I told them I want to pull one of my contracts, I had an incoming call in a matter of seconds. Corporate :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever! Rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional! The agent in the store said to me “you can complaint to whoever you want” can you imagine? So here I am, sharing that they really don’t care and Vodafone in general apparently don’t care about their employees service quality seeing the rest of the feedbacks here! I tried to call their telephone lines and raise a complaint, the agent litteraly said to me that he doesn’t care and proceeded to hang up after. I am a customer service team manager myself, if my employees were treating the clients the way Vodafones treated me today they receive immediately disciplinary letter. Short thing short, totally don’t recommend their services and am strongly considering to change the provider.
