I make dioptric glasses here several times, I pay a lot of money for my glasses with high diopters and astigmatism, I also buy high-quality and branded frames, because I take glasses as a fashion accessory, so I expect a higher price and a nice selection. But what worries me is the strange behavior of the staff. When I was choosing glasses, I was here with my father and everyone was very nice to us, everything was fine. When I went to pick up my glasses, I went alone and the saleswomen were uncomfortable, they asked me if I would show them a document before I could even take it out of my purse, it wasn't polite at all. But otherwise there was no bigger problem with the glasses. The problem for me came with contact lenses. I had my eyes measured directly by an optometrist, which was fine. But the worst was what followed. I had my first lens test on October 6th, now it's January 18th. and I still don't have my lenses! I paid a deposit of 1500, - and I have been waiting for more than 3 months. After this test 6.10. the optometrist decided that it would take a quarter of another diopter. I said to myself that well and waited until 26.11. before I received an SMS that there are TEST lenses to pick up. So I came, tried it and we ordered it. I was told they would definitely be there by Christmas. Today is 18.1. and lenses still nowhere. So why not glasses, lenses for me by no means! Service average, it will not offend or inspire you in any way, if you go to spend, if you just go to pick up, not much. I really don't recommend lenses here, you only have to go there for a test many times, then you still wait an insanely long time. I naively hoped that I would at least have them for the holidays when I went to my first exam in early October.
