Opravy, zabrusy, vymena - neskutecne terminy, max do 2 dnu vse hotove. A navic ochotny a vstricny personal. ? For me, a large selection of rims, already at the 1st visit I chose at least 4 rims (in other optics rims following one fashion trend, or 1 stubborn shape). Repairs, sanding, replacement - unreal deadlines, up to 2 days all done. In addition, helpful and helpful staff. ?

Pan Červeňák mi vše příjemě vysvětlil a velice pečlivě se mi věnoval. Doporučil mi obroučky i skla. Poměr cena/výkon super. Odchazel jsem z prodejny nadšený. (a to se mi jen tak nestává) Opravdu vřele doporučuji! :) I chose this store according to the reviews. And I must say that I did not expect such a professional approach. Mr. Červeňák explained everything to me in a pleasant way and took great care of me. He recommended me frames and glasses. Price / performance ratio super. I left the store excited. (and it just doesn't happen to me) I really highly recommend! :)

Profesionálně a trpělivě provedené měření zraku a hlavně brýlové čočky byly hotové hned do druhého dne! Doporučuji. It is a family business of the well-known optician Mr. Kolínský with many years of experience in the field. Professionally and patiently performed eye measurements and especially spectacle lenses were finished the next day! I recommend.

Vřele doporučuji, měla jsem s sebou i 1,5leté neposedné děcko a všichni byli extrémně příjemní. Super! Glasses ordered and are Gorgeous! Thank you very much to the MK Optik team. M	Martin Burda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme si zde vyrobit dioptrické brýle. Měl to být dárek k narozeninám. Po převzetí brýlí jsme si doma všimli, že jedno sklo není uchyceno pevně a byla zde viditelná mezera. Při další návštěvě se sklo pokoušeli lépe usadit, což se na místě nedařilo, a tak jsme zde brýle nechali na reklamaci i přes jejich tvrzení, že lépe už to nepůjde, že je asi chybně zabroušená čočka. Člověk se nesmí nechat odbýt, což je pro tuto firmu nelichotivá reklama. U brýlí za 10tis. by měli mít sami zájem na absolutní spokojenosti zákazníka a brýle s evidentní vadou sami převzít do reklamace a snažit se chybu napravit. Druhý den bylo opraveno s tím, že byla nutná úplná výměna čočky za jinou. Ta se sice podařila ukotvit lépe, ale při manipulaci a opakovaném vyjmutí čočky z obruby se obruba poškrábala. Po předchozích zkušenostech jsme další reklamaci vzdali. Je to škoda, protože jsme právě oproti optikám z nákupních center dali pro jednou šanci rodinné menší s očekáváním spokojenosti a ta rozhodně u nás naplněna nebyla. Nedoporučujeme. We had dioptric glasses made here. It was supposed to be a birthday present. After taking over the glasses, we noticed at home that one glass was not fixed and there was a gap. During the next visit, the glass tried to settle better, which was not possible on the spot, so we left the glasses here for a complaint despite their claim that it would not be better that the lens was incorrectly sharpened. One must not let go, which is unflattering advertising for this company. The glasses for 10tis. should be interested in the absolute satisfaction of the customer and take the goggles with obvious defects themselves into the complaint and try to correct the mistake. The next day it was repaired, requiring a complete replacement of the lens for another. Although the anchor managed to anchor better, but the handling and repeated removal of the lens from the rim scratched the rim. After previous experience we waived another complaint. It is a pity, because compared to optics from shopping centers we gave for one chance family smaller with the expectation of satisfaction and it certainly was not fulfilled in our country. Not recommended.

I really appreciate the professional and at the same time human approach (specifically Miss Hudcová). I am very satisfied with the purchase and I was definitely not here for the last time. I recommend!

Being a client of these people for approximately year - I never had any issues with any of my queries or requested goods (I've already had a dioptric glasses, sunglasses and two half-year batches of contact lenses from these people). Totally recommended!
