★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superdumb staff, sweeping the floor (on the sunday afternoon, 6PM) while eating a cake. Dust is flying everywhere around me.. and moving chairs, sofas etc... what the hell is that??? Give me an explanation for that. I will never visit this hole again. Dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual Costa Coffee shop, quite small but with friendly crew. Conveniently located at the food level in Arkady Pankrac shopping mall. Seats are by the central well, with view on the lower two levels. As always,no table service available,as is unfortunately Costa & Starbucks style. Besides that, usual tasty beverages & sweet snacks.
