She arrange all visits and a contract signature when I was away. Due to work I could not be present during the rental process. They create trust and provide great service from day one. I signed exclusivity agreement and had all the tasks perfectly managed by the agency. Haoula created a very comfortable communication environment and a fisrt class customer service level. I lost all of my hope than I just found this apartment (where we living now :):) ) which was listed by Philip and Frank. I contacted them immediately and even they didn't take the phone at the first time they called me back later. I have to mention it was already a huge plus and really nice first impression as most of the time when you trying to reach out an agency they don't even pick up the phone for you nor calling you back. Our guard was Hana Fisherová and she is really nice, speaks perfect English which is extremely important for us as an epact family so we had no language difficulties as she arranged everything for us and helped beyond as we had no clue how the things are working in the Czech Republic. They made us a fair contract which is also important as you don't have experience in a foreign legal stuff. So overall I am very satisfied with their service and can highly recommend them not to mention huge thanks to Hana Fisherová without her we would be still lost :)

He dedicated time to understand my needs, would drive me around when visiting apartments if needed, adapted to my schedule and very quickly found the perfect apartment which matched all and every condition and requirement I asked for.
