M	Marek Strnad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel se neda zbozi vratit. Koupili jsme matrace za 20tis, ale totalne nam nevyhovuji. Celkem pouzita tak dvakrat, protoze neudrzi udavanou vahu a spat se na tom neda. Nechteji vzit zpet ani do 14 dni z hygienickych duvodu (ale ty pro nakup pres internet neplati). Takze jestli chcete matraci, tak jdete do IKEA kde je maji stejne, ale pochopili ze na vyzkouseni neceho podobneho nestaci pet minut a da se vratit do 90 dnu, ale asi se toho neboji tato firma. Unfortunately, the goods cannot be returned. We bought mattresses for 20tis, but totally I do not suit us. Total used so twice, because it does not maintain the stated weight and sleep on it can not. Have it withdrawn within 14 days for hygienic reasons (but you do not pay for shopping over the Internet). Ochotný a vstřícný personál, pomohli mi vybrat matraci, nechali v pohodě vyzkoušet klidne i 15 min a nakonec vyridili objednávku. Doporučuji. Spacious store near OC Smíchov. Nákup proběhl asi před půl rokem a lepší spánek jsem zatím neměl. Matrace velmi kvalitní. Zboží dovezou v dohodnutý den na místo , které udáte. Cena je vyšší, ale kvalita je super. A	Aneta Hrdinová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matrace od této firmy rozhodně nedoporučuji. Po 2 letech od koupi mam proleželé obě dvě strany, ačkoliv vážím 50 kilo a matrace má nosnost 140. Několikrát už jsem ji musela otáčet a to mam nejvyšší stupeň tvrdosti. Reklamace se dle jejich reklamačního řádu nevztahují na “běžné opotřebení zboží”. Za cenu matrace jsem si mohla koupit dvě jiné a hlavně takové, ze kterých bych neměla po dvou letech zničená záda. I definitely do not recommend mattresses from this company.
