New, modern, clean, tastefully furnished hotel and restaurant, plus good food, pastries and friendly service. In a quiet area and yet within easy reach of public transport.

Wonderful new restaurant and hotel. Very modern and pleasant environment, including an outdoor terrace in a quiet place in Pardubice. Well accessible by bus no. 10.

A beautiful place, which unfortunately spoils the impression of very slow and clumsy service. Food nothing special. But the environment is really beautiful.

Our feelings from dinner: We came as two couples, expecting a gourmet experience similar to the already canceled Cartellone. Upon arrival, we ordered drinks for a start. I am gin & tonic, friend mochito, girlfriend non-alcoholic mochita. Unfortunately, the tonic has probably been broken for a long time, so it is almost without bubbles. The friend's mochito was also bubble-free, and the non-alcoholic mochito unfortunately tasted like sweetened water. All for 400 CZK. This was followed by appetizers in the form of beef carpaccio (CZK 200 / piece). That would not be completely bad in terms of raw materials, but unfortunately it was unflavored and especially some pieces were still frozen inside. As for the main courses, we had twice a parpadelle with real sirloin noodles (275 CZK). It was not bad in taste, the ingredients were great, but unfortunately the pasta was quite overcooked, which spoiled the overall impression of the food. A friend had a burger with shredded beef cheeks (275 CZK). At this price, one would expect a super full burger. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The meat deserved more care and the cheese was not even melted on it. Overall, it did not match the price. The girlfriend had a doll on sweet potato puree, and this food was good in both taste and appearance. I don't want the review to say that the food at Pierre restaurant was downright bad, it wasn't. Only in terms of quality did it not correspond to the completely stated prices. For the money, it should be a super class without compromise, especially when there were only three tables in the restaurant and you could win with the food. The service was pleasant, although perhaps more interest in the guests would not hurt. The premises of the restaurant are beautiful, so it is a pity that they have not yet fulfilled their potential to 100%.
