Kolegové z našich gastronomických konceptů, kteří se minulý týden účastnili celofiremní soutěže Lagardère Foodservice Championship 2018 v přípravě kávy a sendvičů v Paříži skončili na krásných 2. místech!
Řetězec Costa Coffee reprezentovala Kateřina Vitoušová, nejlepší evropská baristka Costa Coffee loňského roku, a její cold drink (Ibiškové cortissimo) byl vyhlášen za nejlepší ze všech!
V sandwich competition soutěžili Michal Bareš (Paul) a Barbora Šmejkalová (Pizza La Mia Stazione). Porotu pak originální recepturou a dobrým výkonem přesvědčil Michal Bareš.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic nice Pilsen beer. The price is the double than usual, but it is expected, it wouldn't be fair to complain about that, but one star down for sloooow service and another down for daring to give me "do you know that tip is not included" procedure after it.

I told the lady that I do not have lot time and it would be nice if she could provide fast service. Instead of that she cleaned up other tables and spoke to the collegue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waitress needs to learn manners and client service as a result they lost 5 customers and have now this review. We decided not to accept that treatment and we had breakfast in an other place. 30 may 2022 7.30am just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the ordered Sandwich was cheaply warmed up and too expensive, which is okay tho, being at an airport. However, after the waitress tipped herself (don’t understand how the tip is not included already in this very high price), the lady with the black shoulder long hair (working around 1pm 24.05.2022) was extremly unfriendly and aggressive. I asked her if there is any smoking lounge and she told me in a very rude way that there isn’t (from her unclear communication I didn’t understand if she perhaps meant that there isn’t a smoker lounge just in the restaurant), so I asked her working colleague again who told me in a nicer way that there isn’t any at the airport. Eventually the first waitress reacted very aggressive to that and even insulted me on the way to the gate! Horrible and unfriendly service and feels a bit like a ripoff!
