★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier lady was nice and friendly, but please replace the lady making coffee. She ignored me when I responded to her yelling, and kept shouting instead of giving me my coffee. Finally she spoke to me in Czech without any eye contact, repeating the same sentence three times even though I told her that I didn’t speak Czech, and gave me my coffee eventually with rolling eyes. Okay sorry that I didn’t learn the language before arriving at your airport and please only serve domestic lines from now on I bet you’d be immensely pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Cashier Pavlina was just busy playing on her phone at the cashier when there's a queue. The other girl Martina was just busy making herself a drink, then sips on it while the customer are waiting for their drinks. Like seriously????
Place is nice and hip, with place for charging mobile. But HORRIBLE service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seating area is nice with a lot of plugs to charge your devices, clean. However the service could be better. I asked for a tea, but water was not hot enough. It was like being boiled 10min ago, so it has a little steam above the water but not hot to brew the tea well. I mentioned it straight away, but the staff was really surprised and tried to convince me that it's hot. They did use their coffee machine for it, so not sure if it was working well.

Enjoyed the place and the food they have there, only negative is that they are quite slow since it's 2 people only.

The guy who was with a manager’s uniform was so rude. He doesn’t even answered my thank you for two times.
