★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I was leaving Prague under a very upsetting situation and the service I received from your employee, Veronica I think was unbelievable. I was very teary and she was just so so nice to me. This was your Starbucks in departure. She went off duty i think at 2pm. Even brought me icy wayer before she left. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. I was so so impressed and now will never visit a Costa again. It's Starbucks for me now. Please thank her so much from me. She did not have to be so friendly and kind but excelled in doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Starbucks. Very convenient. You could tell the staff was close, they even had a cute "my latte art journey" where each barista got a sticker for a design they mastered. The guy at the cashier was super helpful and very sweet fixing my drink order for me. He had absolutely wonderful customer service skills! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are super sweet! A server asked me where i am from and he wrote “have a nice day” in my language on the cup. (Even wonderful Korean handwriting) i forgot his name.. but wanna say thank you. (he was too busy tho) Dékuji, bylo to krásné♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, the beverage and the deserts are very delicious and very tasty. I would suggest everyone to at least try once at a Starbucks cafe, and relax.
