★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention travels with babies! I was travelling with a baby 2 y.o. Was asking the lady, who was managing the lines for passport control, if there is a line for passangers with babies: I was told: No. Went to a regular line - other travelers were asking me, why I didn't go to a quick line with babies!!!! So there was one. Nobody spoke English there. Ok we made in thought the passport control and the officer told me to go next time to EU sitizens line: so on the way back I went to EU line. Baby and I: we have different sittizenszips. Again a person, who was managing the lines was yelling something on me in Czech language, was grabbing my passports... finally he let me go and the officer and the passport control started to be angry why we went to this line?! Baby was crying badly. Nobody spoke English! Staff at the security check was nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice neat bus with the leather seats and usb charger at every seat, wifi available, came almost on time with just 3 mins delay, driver came out to help passengers with the luggage and already and a list of bookings and seats and knew i am traveling to Karlovy Vary.
Salon is clean, seats are wide enough for leg room.
Easy to spot bright yellow colour of the bus makes it easier to see it once arriving, nice sign will not let you miss it if your next destination from airport is Karlovy Vary or Cheb
