★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of opening hours, station closed at 10pm, I arrived at 10:15pm (flight on time but still took me 35min to get out of the airport) and was charged just shy of 50Euro extra for out of hours pick up. Some days station closes at 10pm others at midnight. Got a car upgrade though but still two stars lost due to that charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Process of pickup and drop off is fairly smooth but they are sneaky with adding things without mentioning final price to you. Also you still leave deposit even with full insurance- ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the Hertz parking lot, where you pick up the car, it is too dark to check the car condition properly. When you return the car, they have flooded light and check it for every scratch. I already told them but nobody cares. Unfair customer treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good car and efficient return. After return, I was charged 4k CZK for two tiny scratches even though the employee on return said this is "usually fine" and I have President's Circle status with Hertz. Renters beware.
