P	Pawel R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seemed very friendly and professional - car however wasn't great. It was mechanically fine but very filthy inside , a lot of damage to the bodywork. It was still on winter tyres in August, had a rather large crack in the windscreen, wipers were old and did not collect rain from windshield. I know this place is called Budget but at least make the car safe. Also, if you're planning to drive out of Czech republic, there is a charge of 35 euro plus vat that they will demand upon collection!
K	Kateřina Treppeschová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, and really good service and great prices. I got the car at Prague airport and I returned it at the main train station. There was no extra cost for this service. The person at the airport was super nice, I didn't have anything to hold my phone that I could use it for navigation. He gave me a phone holder and he also upgraded me for an automat car. Only strange thing was that even though I had full insurance I had to pay a 15000CZK deposit. Another thing was, that even though I booked in EUR it was only possible to pay in CZK. But in the end was all good. I returned the car, they checked if the tank is full, I got papers that said that all is fine. A few days later the 15000 CZK was back on my account. I will definitely book with them again

Farinha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at check-in, but unfortunately car was not only dirty but also had one headlight not working and when I called the response was for myself to replace the lightbulb myself. There should have been a much more thorough car cleaning and check-up before making it available
D	Dzianis Pomazau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a VW Golf at this office to drive my family to Cannes. There was an issue with the car in the middle of French Riviera. I called the company, they said, that they will try to do everything possible, which I considered as standard marketing cliche. After several tries the car I started the engine and the car brought us to the home in Cannes. Next day, in the morning I've got the call that they BROUGHT ME A NEW CAR FROM PRAGUE! Their driver was driving the whole night FROM PRAGUE TO CANNES TO BRING ME THE NEW CAR! I was shocked! THEY ARE FREAKING SUPERMANS! I rented the cars at many places in many countries: from Iran to California. These guys are just incredible.

r	runaways31 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience,pick up was ok,the guy at desk friendly but didn’t explain enough for drop off or all the details,meaning that when we were returning the car ,first we could find the car park as we were not aware we suppose to bring it all the way up to their car park,so we were loosing time and panicking slightly,at the end we found the right floor,but nobody checks the car and when we get down to the office,which is supposed to be open from 8-22 it was closed with note I’ll be back shortly…well that’s nice but we have a plane to catch in about an hour…..she comes in 5 minutes later with no apology or excuse,takes the keys and nothing….unprofessional,lack of information and explication,phone number where nobody answers,also getting different car the previewed and being charged 20€ more for no reason…will think twice before renting again with Budget.

The contract stipulates that the deposit is reduced to 400 euros if you pay around 9 euros per day for extra insurance, and the deposit is reset to zero if you pay 18 euros per extra day. Instead they always charge 800 even if you do full insurance, I wonder what's the point of paying the full deposit if you have no risk since the car is 100% insured. They could do the authorization for 1 euro in order to have the guarantee in case of fines or in case of cars brought back without petrol, but otherwise I must warn everyone to be careful. After one month the deposits do not come back and you will have to suffer to get your money back, the staff are extremely unprofessional as well as rude, they proposed to me to do the full insurance and they charged me only 400 of deposit, this option is well present on a leaflet sheet at the airport desk (stable next door) while if you ask for it now they deny everything. I think that the money from these insurances if some employee could be pocketed, I never got an invoice for the amount paid in the insurance and I reported to the budget company what is happening. Stay away from this branch
