I have wanted to try the BMW X5 for a long time. I compared a couple of car rental companies in Prague and this one impressed me the best. I sent the reservation in advance and the agreement was without a problem. The price is best for 5 days, so I rented a car for an extended weekend. They are based at the airport, but we agreed on a handover in the center, which suited me. The car was precisely cleaned and in excellent technical condition. They sent me the contract by e-mail, so I got acquainted with it in advance. They took a thorough photo of the car before handing it over and recommended me to do it myself. At least I had the condition of the car with me for possible complications (one never knows). The BMW X5 was in the M-package and I really enjoyed the trip to South Moravia. It's a really great ride. Upon agreement, I handed over the BMW to the Express car without damage, where it was cleaned and washed for a fee. Before handing over the keys, I took a picture of it to be sure, so that I could prove that I had handed it over in perfect order. The next day they called me from the car rental company that they had picked up the car in good condition and sent a refundable deposit to the account. I received a 30% discount on the next rental for the invoice I received by e-mail, which pleased me. If I had to blame this car rental company, I would welcome a warmer and more trusting approach to handover. On the other hand, I don't know how I would behave if I had to lend someone such a car.

Enyaq was not available in the rental, so I chose the Superb with a hybrid engine. By the way, I chose the rental according to the good feeling and we did well. I picked up the car at the shopping center, where the cars are washed. There is a good light, so I took a picture of the car and recorded minor shortcomings. Return in the same place. Before they washed the car, I had coffee and then arranged paperwork with the rental worker. + basically a new car + car cleanliness + access + good prices if you do not smoke in the car or do not drive as an F1 pilot + have real photos on the web I give 4 stars for small things like: - the battery has not been charged to 100% - after 300 km the tire pressure control came on (I had to blow up at the pump) However, the car rental company has my trust and I will be happy to use it again if necessary. Except for the little things, everything is fine. Otherwise, the hybrid is interesting, it surprised me, but it's useless for my use.

My girlfriend and I rented a VW Caravella to travel around Austria. I know that there are new cars in their offer, but that we really get a car that has a mileage of 1200 km, I really didn't expect that. At the handover, the car was thoroughly photographed for possible proof (it was not), but because it was basically a new car, there was nothing to photograph, the car was just like new. As for cleanliness, there was nothing about it, it still smelled new. We go to Austria regularly, so traveling doesn't bother me much anymore, but with Caravella it was a different experience. I wasn't tired of the trip and I even enjoyed driving again. The car has a lot of safety features and for the first time in my life I tried adaptive cruise control. It was hard for the car to really come back to me because I got used to it. But I won't buy it for that. Not to forget, I had the rear row of seats pulled out of the car to have enough space for "bedding". A 2-meter mattress can fit into it, on which we slept comfortably. The hotel is not an experience and with a car you can reasonably sleep in many beautiful places. As for car rental, I like their approach and if you look not only for the price, but for the quality, you will appreciate it. I received the contract in advance, so I had plenty of time to read it. The car was basically new, so I'm not surprised that they are non-smoking in terms of conditions (I'm a non-smoker), because it devalues ​​their property, and if I got the car after a smoker, I probably wouldn't be completely happy about it. The deposit was a block on the card and I paid the rent exactly as agreed within their bonus program, because I did not violate any of their conditions. The only thing I will use next time is washing for a fee. It rained on the day of our return and finding a place in Prague where you can vacuum the car is really hell. It's not really worth the 15 hundred.

While cursing, I cursed myself that I didn't pay for 15 hundred even for cleaning, but that's a lesson for next time. The contract has a few parties, but I'm probably not surprised when they basically rent new cars. If I had to look for something negative, then because they lent me RS instead of Sportline, we have a big dilemma at home… Thank you again!

Outrageous behavior. I ordered a car, the website immediately redirected me to the payment gateway, I had to pay the full amount. On the same day, more than 5 days before the loan, I canceled the order in writing and requested a refund. No answer, I had to chase them, in the end arrogant textures about being on vacation and not dealing with it. In the end, it turns out that even if you cancel well in advance, they have a cancellation fee of 2420 CZK in the General Terms and Conditions, for which they will send you an invoice before they return the money. Absolutely indecent behavior, I never recommend anyone to try.
