Very bad service and took a along time to just a car maybe 45mins to an 1hr which is ridiculous,if I were you I'd find somewhere with better service and staff that didn't take so long

I rent the car for over 4 months car was new and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was when I left country for weekend I couldn't park car at the rental company parking lot. I've done this in the past with other companies

Easily booked through third party, no hassles picking up. Great price, friendly service. No complaints. Used previously in AT with same results.

Awful, horrible service! We made a reservation well in advance through Expedia (apparently this is the "best" way to make a reservation here at sixt, says the clerk at Sixt). We arrived to the location at the Prague airport to pick up our car, and sure enough they had our reservation from Expedia. Then, they tried to charge us $80 more than our receipt from Expedia claimed AND would not honor the collision insurance we bought via Expedia. It was a systemic problem between Expedia and Sixt, however they refused to help us in any way and basically told us to call Expedia to figure it out. Sixt said it was Expedia's fault, Expedia said it was a problem at Sixt. To this, the clerk laughed. Do not waste your time dealing with this inefficient, rude company. We finally agreed to just pay the extra $80, and she had misquoted us! It wasn't just $80, it was actually $200 more. It took us nearly 1.5 hours to finally get out of there with a car. From a different company. Never again will we deal with Sixt.

WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED I have made a reservation with sixt a week ago, moving van for 2 days, for a well planned journey, and cleared my schedule especially. Was supposed to pick up the car tomorrow, 04/11. An hour ago I got an email from Sixt, canceling my reservation, less than 24 hours before the rental time without reason. Only when I called to clarify this matter I was explained that the vehicle was not yet returned by the last customer and he's not answering his phone. I fail to see how that's my problem and a company that respect its clients would have tried hard to find a solution, other than "sorry, it's canceled, thanks for understanding" I had no choice but to book a car with another company and had to pay a much higher rental price. This was my first dealing with Sixt and will definitely my last. Extremely disappointing. In my point of view one star is too much.

Everything would be really great, except the fact, that while choosing the car and receiving the confirmation we tried to choose the one without Navigation or any other useless and costing money functions. Turns out that SIXT decided for us and gave us the car WITH navigation for 300 czk per day (12 eur)!Although the total amount was 42 EUR more!! I do really find that fact disturbing. Although - my fault I haven't noticed that while signing document in the office, because I haven't expected such a setup, when our reservation/confirmation had totally different numbers and lack of NAVi. And they also haven't pointed that fact out. Quite disappointing. Otherwise it could have been smooth.

SCAM ARTISTS! Accused me of a damage I didn't even cause and charged me 11 500 czk for it. Nobody came to check the car with us on pick up, we were told to inspect it ourselves. As we're not trained to detect minor damage, we didn't notice the thin little scratch on the bumper in the dark parking lot. Upon returning the vehicle it was pointed out to us and we were accused of causing it. After days of tedious back and forth with the damage processing people we were charged 10 000 czk for the damage + 1 500 czk for "damage processing". Stay away people, trust the reviews! This is not the first time they've pulled something like this and won't be the last.

I don’t recommend this place! They have serious issues with their system. It has been 2 weeks since I returned the vehicle and so far they didn’t return my deposit.
