★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the people working at this location are nice and wonderful.
However once you leave errors occur during billing. I booked twice at this location and both times they have over charged me.
The first time , I rented a car for a week with full insurance and on the day I was suppose to return it I decided that I wanted to extend the rental for another week. I called this branch that I wanted to take in the car to where I was meant to drop it off and then extend my rental, the person I spoke to said that I didn’t tend to take it back that they could extend it for me on phone and send me paperwork’s for signing . I insisted that I wanted to cancel the full insurance . He said yes that it was done only for me to get my final invoice with the fully insurance. I called the airport branch again and then they apologized and said they couldn’t do anything but next time I rented they will compensate me.
Second time, I booked another car and wanted to return it at the train station , the guy told me that it would cost 50 Euros to drop off at a different location but said due to the error they made on my last booking he would charge only 15 Euros.
My final bill came not only they charged me the 15 euros (labelled as others)but also 50 euros, and then charged me for 2 days rental instead of 1 day.
This is completely ridiculous and I would not be renting with them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can recommend this company. I got only positive experience with my car rental - the auto was clean and very fresh (new model of Skoda); staff was very friendly and helpful. Receiving the car took less than 20 minutes and returning - less than 10 minutes. They offered full insurance for very reasonable price.
