★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might be interesting to know that a SMALL Capuccino (99 Kcz) is more Expansive that a Large one?! This are "legal* but very un loyal tricks to get your money on a busy airport visit. Not the first time Paul Bäcker does this?

Not available all of the products during day, owerpriced and supermarket way of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot chocolate is good, and the pastries are quite good too and that's what you should go there for. The coffee isn't great, but Paul was never a coffee shop in the first place. This particular Paul in the airport (not the one near all the shops, but the one further back in the terminal) is quiet, there is Wifi, and electrical outlets, so it's actually not a bad spot to work in peace before catching your flight.
Never had any issue with the employees as other reviews state.

Ordered brioche with tomato and mozzarella which was completely cold.
I get that they don’t bake it freshly there. But at least they can have it warm or at least at room temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I shared the chicken Dijon sandwhich and the hamband tomatoes sanwhich and honestly it was one of the best airport meals we have had. Really tasty and left us wanting more
The coffee was a bit average but what you generally expect from airports. I'd recommend only get the Americano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my grilled ham and cheese sandwich and last Pilsner Urquell here before returning home. (It was so good that I had almost eaten it all before taking the photo) The staff is friendly and welcoming and you can take away or sit-in. They have their own hand sanitizer which smells really good, try it yourself ?
