★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude employee! She yelled at me several times while taking my order (mind you I was carrying a sleeping baby). I ended up leaving the cafe due to her lack of respect. I’m appalled!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Barista, a lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When my kids said they would like to place an order, she asked what is an order, you need to select something from the menu. They said they were saying the same thing, she said No and asked them to speak in English. When one of the kids said that w
they were speaking in English, she said go learn good English. The kids were traumatized by her eye rolling and very rude behavior. They asked for small Latte, she gave a large one anyway as she didn't understand or was too irritated to listen. Her general impatience, rude ness and advice inspite of her managing only few words of English, left us with a bitter experience and lame coffee. Its holiday season, if you cant spread cheer and joy atleast don't take out your frustration on small kids. Please avoid Costa at Prague Airport Terminal 1 Departure if you want to have a pleasant journey.

Rolling his eyes at me and impatient to dispatch everyone. Hey man, we’re not asking for a free coffee. All Czech people were nice to us until I met the staff in this coffee when departing. What a pity
