Kolegové z našich gastronomických konceptů, kteří se minulý týden účastnili celofiremní soutěže Lagardère Foodservice Championship 2018 v přípravě kávy a sendvičů v Paříži skončili na krásných 2. místech!
Řetězec Costa Coffee reprezentovala Kateřina Vitoušová, nejlepší evropská baristka Costa Coffee loňského roku, a její cold drink (Ibiškové cortissimo) byl vyhlášen za nejlepší ze všech!
V sandwich competition soutěžili Michal Bareš (Paul) a Barbora Šmejkalová (Pizza La Mia Stazione). Porotu pak originální recepturou a dobrým výkonem přesvědčil Michal Bareš.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, coffee is the thing which people get it on the go, and if ur shop is at main station then keep in mind that there would be rush, and if ur staff cant handle this rush then please have a shop somewhere around the prague, if someone is not picking the coffee after payment then its customer's mistake so if u find each customer who dint pick their coffee in whole station then person who is waiting for his coffee will surely miss the train. It happened to me, neither i got the coffee neither i cought my train, thanks to the poor service by ur shop.

Don't go, we ask about sandwich and they say we don't have although after our order for somehow they put a tower of ready sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a "capuccino" here this morning. The milk in a capuccino is supposed to be around 65°C. This one was more like 85. Why have an expensive espresso machine there if you can't even set the basics on it properly?
