Kolegové z našich gastronomických konceptů, kteří se minulý týden účastnili celofiremní soutěže Lagardère Foodservice Championship 2018 v přípravě kávy a sendvičů v Paříži skončili na krásných 2. místech!
Řetězec Costa Coffee reprezentovala Kateřina Vitoušová, nejlepší evropská baristka Costa Coffee loňského roku, a její cold drink (Ibiškové cortissimo) byl vyhlášen za nejlepší ze všech!
V sandwich competition soutěžili Michal Bareš (Paul) a Barbora Šmejkalová (Pizza La Mia Stazione). Porotu pak originální recepturou a dobrým výkonem přesvědčil Michal Bareš.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vcelku 1 minute je stejný jako bricco který bylo na Terminálu 1 což místo toho je Burger King,ALE! Bricco mělo obědy do 5! Ale když přijdu pro oběd v 15:22 a na oběd mi řeknou že to vyhodili a musíš chodit dříve je velmi odporná odpověď,a není to jenom poprvé! Třeba takhle už mi řekli 3 krát.Třeba když tam v práci jiná paní, tak v 15:20 ještě oběd má,a druhá nemá? Odporný.
 A total of 1 minute is the same as the bricco that was on Terminal 1 which instead is Burger King, BUT! Bricco had lunch until 5! But when I come for lunch at 3:22 pm and tell me that they fired it and you have to go earlier, it's a very nasty answer, and it's not just the first time! For example, they've already told me 3 times. Like when another lady is there at work, she still has lunch at 15:20, and the other doesn't have? Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not busy - a few poeple there which is so refreshing on crowded airport. Great atmosphere and tasty food. However the coffee wasn't good, it was basically just water with a smell of coffee.
