★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné a opravené historické centrum, i když ani ono nebylo ušetřeno příšerných "moderních" dostaveb. Za návštěvu stojí funkční městská vodní elektrárna i Prácheňské muzeum.
Beautiful and renovated historic center, although it was not spared terrible "modern" additions. The functional municipal hydroelectric power plant and the Prácheň Museum are worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné nádraží, člověk má pocit, jako kdyby se tady zastavil čas - stará nástupiště a mechanická návěstidla historickou atmosféru jenom dokreslují. Škoda jen, že doprava není tak frekventovaná, jak by mohla být. A malá modernizace (se zachováním stylu) by též nevadila.
Beautiful railway station, one feels as if time has stopped here - the old platforms and mechanical lights only complete the historic atmosphere. It's a pity that the traffic is not as busy as it could be. And a small modernization (while maintaining the style) would also not matter.
