Milí hosté,

najdete nás v historickém domě postaveném v 80. letech 19. století. Celému tomuto nárožnímu bloku se říkalo masný růžek, vždyť nedaleko odtud, za železničním viaduktem, se nacházela městská jatka. Právě tudy chodily každý den do práce a z práce celé generace řezníků. Bylo tedy jen logické, že na nároží otevřela v 50. letech 20. století pivnice, kde řezničtí mistři po šichtě hasili žízeň. Název se nabízel sám – Masný růžek.

Podle dobových svědectví si pivnice Masný růžek zakládala na vynikajícím pivu, kvalitním mase a výrobcích z masa. Této tradici zůstáváme věrní i my. Vracíme do zrekonstruované restaurace staré osvědčené kvality. Nebyli jsme opili a nepili jsme jedno pivo za hodinu, jak to upilcu byva zvykem (v takovem pripade chapu odmitavy postoj)...Jako zakaznika me uzavreni pokladny nezajima, chci se veselit do konce oteviraci doby. Mimo jine byla obe piva od Radegast velmi dobra. Prostredi zajimave, jednoduche ale chybi mu "smrnc", vytvari mrtvou atmosferu. Ceny prumerne. Zklamani z vysokeho rostence o vysce klasickeho rizku a nerovnomernemu ochuceni - za me ztraceny potencial skveleho masa, ktere bylo stavnate a jemne. Celkove tedy dojem, ze steak spise nepotesil. Velmi pozitivni je nabidka priloh, kdy nejdou cestou klasickych nabidek hranolek atp. Obsluha prijemna, je hodne videt, ze se snazi, ale je na cem pracovat. Neochota zustat s hosty nez dopiji po konci pracovni doby nebo dolit zakaznikovi pred koncem pracovni doby je velmi znatelna! Disappointed by a tall plant of a height of classic cuttings and uneven flavoring - for me lost the potential of great meat, which was buildable and tender. Overall, the impression that he did not feel like steak. The offer of attachments is very positive, when they do not go the way of classic offers of french fries, etc. The service is pleasant, you can see that they are trying, but there is something to work on. The reluctance to stay with guests before drinking after the end of working hours or topping up the customer before the end of working hours is very noticeable!

Skvele koncipovany interier napovida konzumentum masa, kde se na zvireti nachazi prave dany kus masa, na kterem si chteji pochutnat. Velmi prijemna obsluha se stara o hosty nevtiravym, ale opravdu pozornym zpusobem. Vyzdvihl bych velmi praci kuchyne. Jidla v jeji podani mela moderni raz, priprava byla bez chyb a mozna paradoxne nejvetsim prekvapenim vecera byl dezert ve forme coko dortiku plneneho karamelem. Kdo s timto kouskem prisel, zaslouzi rad zlate varecky. Moc se nam tu vsem libilo a verim, ze jsme restauraci nenavstivili naposled. Jen tak dal... The well-designed interior suggests to meat consumers, where there is just a given piece of meat on the animal, which they want to enjoy. The very friendly staff takes care of the guests in an unobtrusive but really attentive way. I would like to highlight the very work of the kitchen. The food in its serving had a modern time, the preparation was flawless and perhaps paradoxically the biggest surprise of the dinner was a dessert in the form of a cake filled with caramel. Whoever came up with this piece deserves a number of golden cooks. We all really liked it and I believe that we did not visit the restaurant for the last time. Keep it up...

Pak nás ještě na závěr oslnili cokoladovym dezertem - viz foto. Obsluha prijemna, za me muze byt vic neformalni, jsme preci v pivnici. Podnik doporučuji. Then at the end they dazzled us with chocolate dessert - see photo. Pleasant service, for me it can be more informal, we are in the pub. I recommend the company.

Jedlo bolo dobré, ale už pol hodinu po otvorení niektoré jedlá dochádzali, ľudí nikto neusádza, takže sa k vám stále snaží niekto posadiť, aby sa rýchlo najedol a celkovo ma toto miesto od ďalšieho obeda odradilo. The reopened restaurant clearly has a better and more modern look than its predecessor, in any case we went here for lunch and the staff did not catch up very well. The food was good, but half an hour after opening some food was running out, no one is settling in people, so someone is still trying to sit down with you to eat quickly, and overall this place discouraged me from the next lunch.

Celkove byl pro mě burger příjemným překvapením, bal jsem se, ze bude příliš těžký do žaludku, ale cítil jsem se po něm skvele. Manželka si taktéž pochvalovala salát s ovcim sýrem. Rekl bych ze nejvíce tomuto podniku ublizuji vstupní dveře, vypadají jako vstup někde do skladu a člověk ani nepozná, ze mají otevřeno. Ještě ze jsme si všimli nabídky menu v oknech. I recommend to all ten. This pub could / should be somewhere in the center of Brno. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. The burger in the homemade bun had great meat. Overall, the burger was a pleasant surprise for me, I was afraid it would be too heavy in my stomach, but I felt great after it. The wife also praised the sheep cheese salad. I would say that I hurt the front door of this company the most, they look like the entrance to a warehouse somewhere and you don't even know that they are open. Also, we noticed the menu in the windows.

Příjemná obsluha (i když občas zmatená + prvotní problémy s kasou - ale je týden po otevření podniku, to se dá odpustit), pěkné prostředí - jednoduše super. A ceny jsou vůči kvalitě taktéž skvělé. Doufám, že jim to vydrží i do budoucna! Excellent menu - I would choose from everything and every day.
