★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Poutnik you'll have in Brno, or anywhere. Pub reminds me of places I went to 20 yrs ago in the Cz Rep, inc the retro toilet complete with minging towel. It's a real boozing place but quite cool in an odd way. Don't ask for a coffee or a herbal tea as the growl of the barman might be heard. Never been cheated here and staff are really good at what they do: serve beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great place, I mean if you are not looking forward for glamorous, hi end pub. This is 100% Czech place, not the cleanest, without great range of beers, but with a ton of climate, great Poutnik and good prices. I loved this Czech easygoing attitude, when we went there for second time there was some works on the roof and there was a sign not to enter, but pub was full and everyone was happy.
Not a tourist place and that's probably why I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent local bar. If you are looking for a place with a local vibe then this your place. You can stand outside in the alleyway and enjoy your beverage of choice. Beer was good. Bathroom was very rough. I was told by my Czech friends that Czech celebrities hangout here.
