★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální přístup. Nejmenší zlo vnímám v neustálé změně termínů paní Kollarové (dohodnuté termíny se zasláním různých materiálů neustále odsouvala). Kvalita projektu je mizerná. Nejasnosti, mnoho záležitostí nedořešených. Stropy jsme si museli nechat udělat od jiného statika, statik PMA nedotáhl do konce!!! ( opět peníze navíc). Vše řešíme za pochodu, tak jsme si to určitě za takovou sumu peněz nepředstavovali. Za nás obrovské zklamání....Nikdy více!!!! Zkušení stavbaři byli z plánů paní Kollárové ve velkém šoku. Dle jejich slov nechápou smysl její práce, po odvedené práci paní Kollárové můžeme být na stavbě projektanti všichni.
Catastrophic approach. I perceive the least evil in Mrs. Kollarová's constant change of dates (she agreed to postpone the agreed dates by sending various materials). The quality of the project is lousy. Uncertainties, many issues unresolved. We had to have the ceilings made by another structural engineer, the PMA structural engineer did not finish !!! (again extra money). We solve everything on the fly, so we certainly did not imagine it for such a sum of money. A huge disappointment for us .... Never again !!!! Experienced builders were in great shock from Mrs. Kollárová's plans. According to them, they do not understand the meaning of her work, after Mrs. Kollárová's work she can all be designers on the construction site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PMA architects jsme oslovili ohledně rekonstrukce prvorepublikového bytu. Chtěli jsme citlivou rekonstrukci se zachováním původních prvků. Od komunikace až po výsledné návrhy bylo vše perfektní. Určitě bychom oslovili znovu. Vřele doporučujeme.
We contacted PMA architects about the reconstruction of the First Republic apartment. We wanted a sensitive reconstruction while preserving the original elements. From communication to the final designs, everything was perfect. We would definitely talk again. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Návrh interiéru bytu - vizualizace, výkresy pro řemeslníky/výrobu nábytku a komunikace s řemeslníky.
Oceňuji přístup architektů a praktičnost výsledného návrhu. Např součástí vizualizace seznam použitých doplňků (např stropní světlo), co to je za výrobek, kolik stojí, kde se dá koupit atd.
Apartment interior design - visualizations, drawings for craftsmen / furniture production and communication with craftsmen.
I appreciate the approach of the architects and the practicality of the final design. For example, the visualization includes a list of used accessories (eg ceiling light), what kind of product it is, how much it costs, where to buy, etc.
