Prošel jsem několika školeními týkajících se péčí o pivo a jeho podáváním. Nachlazení sklenice (lednice, chladící vana…), čepování najednou a “po skle” >>> To jsou naprosté základy, které je potřeba se naučit. Žadné přehazování pěny! Čepování z výšky! Je to velká škoda. Wonderful place and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it is very sad that he cannot pour beer properly in the brewery. I went through several trainings related to the care of beer and its serving. Cold the glass (fridge, cooling bath…), tapping at once and "on the glass" >>> These are the absolute basics that need to be learned. No foam shifting! Tapping from above! It is a real pity.

Všem doporučuji navštívit a pobejt - při návštěvě nepospíchejte a nakrmte i oči v božím stánku. Beautiful place, excellent restaurant - affordable, great beer, friendly staff. I recommend everyone to visit and kill - do not hurry during the visit and feed your eyes in God's stall.

To ve stavu, kdy v restauraci byly obsazeny dva stoly a většina hostů byla na zahrádce Beer good, glasses probably badly washed. Z Želivi jsem ochutnal v nedalekém welness resortu čepovanou 12° a oslovila mě tak, že jsem si na Želiv musel zajet pro suvenýry. Za ne výborná. No a to místo, kde se vaří! ?? I like beers from small breweries and a lot of these goodies are really worth it. From Želiva, I tasted 12 ° tapped in a nearby wellness resort and I was approached in such a way that I had to go to Želiva for souvenirs. Excellent for them. Well, the place where they cook! ??

Okolí kláštera včetně pivovaru je turisticky atraktivní, byl jsem v srpnu a jen tak tak jsem si bez rezervace sedl na terasu, dovnitř to, díky zájezdu, už vůbec nešlo. Přes ten nápor byla obsluha (hezké sympatické slečny) příjemná. The beautiful environment of the monastery and the brewery, the possibility of excursions, several types of beer on tap, the upper tasted more than lager, classic food. The surroundings of the monastery, including the brewery, are attractive for tourists, I was in August and that's the only way I sat on the terrace without a reservation, thanks to the trip, it didn't work out at all. Despite the onslaught, the service (pretty nice ladies) was pleasant.

You get a long interesting story about the history of the brewery and the functioning during the last years. During this manifest, which is in Czech language, they serve you 3 beers, so count with a long walk afterwards before you get in your car again. Or try the restaurant in the same monastery. You get to keep the glass for tasting beer as a souvenir.
M	Michael Goodine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really wonderful place to stay. This is an old monastery converted into a fine hotel with about 30 rooms. The rooms are in great shape, and seem very newly furnished with beautiful replica period furniture. Staff are very kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on-site which serves good food and beer brewed in the monastery. Tours of the parts of the monastery not used as accommodation start at the gift shop three times a day. Quite recommended.
