Nice Lager and IPA 15. APA and Irish Stout, exceptional. Affordable prices, mostly cheap for IPA and Irish Stout. Average price 0.2cl, 22kc. Hospitable staff and fast taking orders and serving. Modern facilities.

Small independent brewery located in the back of the Volt pub. Small, but good selection of quality beers completely different from the mainstream breweries .Beers are produced over a fermentation period of 50 days rather than the commercial 25 days and the results are clear. Recommended.

It's alright. Bit cold. Seasoning was spot on, but balance of flavours could be better. The sausage soup was creamy, savoury and rich but definitely could have used some acidity to balance it out. A dollop of creme fraiche or sour cream, zest of lime, something. A menu was given to us and explained, but at the same time we were told 50% of the menu was not on offer. At that point, why not just write a new menu. The waiter serving us was very helpful and even ordered us a taxi, breaking 2000 czech crowns in case the taxi driver didn't have change. In general, great ideas, but some of them were poorly executed.

Their beers are decent, but not outstanding, and at the same time quite expensive - compare e.g. Volt's 0.7 l bottle of IPA 16 for 148 Kč and Castle Brewery Frýdlant's same volume bottle of IPA 16 for about 90 Kč (including 10 Kč refundable deposit)... My overall impression as for the taste of their beer is that they're a bit flavourless, with not so distinct aroma as well. It's not what I expected, to be honest. I'll stick to the best Czech brew which is Frýdlant's.

I am very pleased with their food and their beer respectively for example I have had very tasteful spicy chicken strips. Volt surely is expensive, but it is a quality you should at least once pay for.

Super beer! Nice restaurant, friendly and helpful staff (it's really hard to get your head around all sorts of beer they have), good food. Nice garden for outdoor sitting with family. Perfect place to have a good time

Extremely disappointing - Ordered many beers online for collection on Saturday evening. Upon arrival I was told the order would be ready to collect on Monday. Nowhere during the order process was it mentioned that there would be such a delay. Staff endeavoured to gather my order on the spot - which I was incredibly grateful of. I was then told I have to pay with cash. No reason given (e.g. card terminal malfunction) and the terminal was ready at the pickup point. Had no cash because I always pay contactless (COVID measure). I left empty handed. Extremely disappointing. Great beer guys; probably the best around, but why make it so difficult to buy!?

Don't miss after a walk around the nearby water reservoir. The place is very energetic but cosy, staff is relaxed and tasty beer is produced on the spot. We took traditional knedliky with beef and creamy sauce with eggs. Delicious.
