J	Jiří Přikryl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní zkušenosti bohužel nemůžu dát více. Vaří zde sice dobře, ale servis je vždy problematický. Dnes jsme byli sami v celé restauraci. Po 20 minutách servírce a kuchaři došlo, že ztratili naši objednávku. Opravdu nebylo nikomu divné, že 20 minut nikdo nic nevaří a my sedíme přímo u kuchyně a čekáme? Na co jsme asi tak čekali? Místo pořádné omluvy a proklientské reakci jsme se dozvěděli, že servírka to objednala, kuchař to neudělal (jeho chyba). Bude to za 5 minut. Více zájmu nikdo neprojevil. Při návštěve předtím, jsme pro změnu dostali uplně jiné jídlo než jsme si objednali. Předtím zapomněla servírka na polévku (opět v prázdné restauraci). Bohužel ani předtím nebyl servis 100% a to byla pokaždé jiná servírka a opravdu nejde chodit do restaurace s pocitem "co nevyjde dnes". Unfortunately, after today's experience, I can't give more. It cooks well here, but service is always problematic. Today we were alone in the whole restaurant. After 20 minutes, the waitress and the chef realized that they had lost our order. Wasn't it really weird that no one cooked anything for 20 minutes and we were sitting right next to the kitchen waiting? What were we waiting for? Instead of a proper apology and a pro-client response, we learned that the waitress ordered it, the chef did not do it (his mistake). It will be 5 minutes. No one showed more interest. During the visit before, for a change we received a completely different meal than we ordered. Before, the waitress forgot about the soup (again in an empty restaurant). Unfortunately, even before that the service was not 100% and she was always a different waitress and you really can't go to a restaurant with the feeling of "what won't work today".
P	Patrik Pechač on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé ceny, super polévky, milý personál, pizza by mohla být o něco lepší a citronada byla přeslazená. Great prices, great soups, nice staff, pizza could be a little better and the citronada was sweetened.

Pak jí obsluha nechala 10 minut ležet na pultě, než mi jí donesla. All right until today. But today the new waitress didn't even hum, thank, didn't speak. The pizza was 29 cm in diameter, I really had to measure it. Then the staff left her lying on the counter for 10 minutes before bringing her to me.
