★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza jako taková nebyla vůbec špatná, nicméně by pizzerie měla zapracovat na své aplikaci pro objednávání. Objednali jsme si 3 pizzy s celkovou cenou přes tisíc korun s osobním odběrem. K objednávce se automaticky přidala láhev sektu zdarma, kterou obsluha odmítla vydat s tím, že je to akce pouze pro rozvoz.
Na hlavní stránce je tato informace sice uvedena, ale bohužel nemám při objednávání pizzy ve zvyku prohlížet celé stránky pizzerie. Při finálové objednávce toto nikde napsané není.
Myslím si, že není problém do objednávací aplikace dát jednoduchou podmínku, aby se při osobním odběru tento bonus nepřidával, jinak to působí jako klamavá reklama.
O tu láhev mi samozřejmě nejde, jde mi jen o princip.
Pizza as such was not bad at all, however, the pizzeria should work on its ordering application. We ordered 3 pizzas with a total price of over a thousand crowns with personal collection. A free bottle of sparkling wine was automatically added to the order, which the staff refused to issue, stating that it was a delivery-only event.
This information is listed on the main page, but unfortunately I am not in the habit of browsing the entire pizzeria when ordering pizza. This is not written anywhere during the final order.
I don't think it's a problem to put a simple condition in the ordering application so that this bonus isn't added when you pick up in person, otherwise it looks like a misleading advertisement.
Of course, I'm not interested in that bottle, I'm just interested in the principle.
